I had such an amazing synchronicity during this meditation when you mentioned to focus on the energy coming from our palms. I've been listening to this channel for over a year now and today, for the first time, I decided to place 1 rose quartz in each palm before beginning this meditation. Yesterday I was also internally called to learn more about Reiki. Everything just made sense during those 10 minutes. I truly feel like I'm on the right path. Thank you!
This was incredible. I felt a slight pressure above my eyebrows, and just knew it was my third eye. I completely lost track of time, I thought it’d been about 4 minutes and 36 seconds (idk why that’s so specific) but all my brain told me was that the energy was what matters most. Looking around my room, I see it differently now. Almost as if I can see the energy and vibrations coming off of things. Truly incredible
The energy in my hands is truly great. Especially when u let it go into your heart. After that I saw my dad and he said hi to me from the other side. I then saw a vision of house in a saburb area and I knew my future family lived there. When u said to imagine the curtain and it opening it showed me a beautiful of the Earth and I. Felt it's Radiant energy in the palms of my hands. Thank u for this vision
You are a gift from the universe. I go to a beautiful state during your meditations. I hate coming back to the real world sometimes. Thank you for giving 🙏🏼

Thank you. I felt something with my third eye. Almost like movement not tingling tho. When I felt it, I was overcome with emotion and tears welled up. Is that normal? But I really enjoyed doing this meditation. Thank you. ❤
I love all your meditations and listen to all of them. However, each time you focus on the third eye I get a headache when I do so. Not sure it is because my eyes look up and strain… The headache always stops as soon as I stop focusing on my third eye 😢
wow. wth was this. there's no way this was 10 minutes. i feel like i left my body in some way. i felt like my body was super small and my conscience was huge in a way. that was crazy, i’m speechless.

When I was focused on my third eye .. I seen, this is really weird, like a mini wave rotating in and out of my third eye.. I'm not really sure why or if that was just my imagination
