Right? Tango reuniting with Jimmy was so heartwarming, then telling Jimmy that the best parts of the base were the wallpaper and the claw machine was heartbreaking.

I'd say it's sweet revenge for getting him killed in double life.

Well, the hermits seem to be planning to make their own empire to fit in... Tango's export might be his patented Ificators. So we're still gonna get to see shenanigans~

I think the laidback playstyle the hermits are gonna do in empires will give him time to do decked out behind the scenes. But if he doesnt, we have a long season ahead😁

I think the plan for Hermitcraft, and I'm pulling stuff together from things said much earlier in the season, is for this season (nine) to last through 1.20 unless *major* changes are introduced in that update. That's why many of the megabases are so involved, for example Docm77 has barely started with the perimeter compared to what he has planned. If 1.20 introduces stuff which would break the current world then I imagine they'll start from scratch and begin Season Ten. Of course, all of this is conjecture based on stuff multiple Hermits have said or implied in videos, VODs, livestreams and on social media. There's no single 'plan for Season Nine' available to the viewers but it should be clear from this crossover that some things are planned long in advance (fWhip [or Pixl, if I've got mixed up] said planning this took at least four months in collaboration with Grian). Even Season Eight's destruction and short nature was planned before the first episode was recorded - Xisuma stated that in a video/stream. Hopefully the Hermits will be playing Tango's Decked Out Two and Beef's THCCG for quite a long time yet - we may even get some Empire visitors in the future. 😉 🖤

@@GothBoyUK I am pretty sure this will be a long season. There are too many builds that are still in the early stages. From watching Impulses streams, it doesn't seem like the hermits are in any hurry for this season. Season 8 was short because of the fragmented Caves and Cliffs update. Don't see that with 1.20 so more evidence IMHO that season 9 will be a long one.

@@liamengram6326 lol so true imagine if someone on Empires made cards also and they traded them between servers or if Beef gave cards to Empires members to play like a real TCG lol.

@@sammie3277 I know Hermitcraft doesn't like to have too much continuity between seasons so they can start fresh, but as hard as Beef has worked on the TCG I don't think fans would mind if they made the cards in to a datapack so that Beef could sell the cards each season and the Hermits could build different decks each time. Then it would be even more like Pokemon in that you have different regions with different characters and different stories, but the thread that ties them all together are the pokemon themselves.

That would be an epic crossover.
