@@leifpeterson4850 I get what you’re saying but at the same time I agree with the original comment. K. Rool’s moves have a lot of strange interactions that players might not be ready for. Some examples off the top of my head: If K. Rool’s crown clanks with a projectile, it will continue and pass through the opponent without hitting them, but regains an active hitbox on the way back. K. Rool can b-reverse his counter when it gets activated. So if you’re close to K. Rool and he counters your move, he can send you behind him (good for edge guard reversals!) If Steve is in minecart and gets hit by blunderbuss, the minecart breaks and Steve is launched *towards* K. Rool, letting him combo into up-air or up-smash depending on spacing. After crown travels for some time back to K. Rool, it stops magnetizing and simply falls while retaining its hitbox. This can be used to set up a ledge trap where K. Rool stands on a side platform and crown hits ledge wait / ledge drop. I know there are many characters with complex setups and knowledge checks (I’m a Pac-Man main lmao) but I feel K. Rool is definitely up there.

Tired of smash ultimate players using this as an excuse. The game has been out for like 6 years time to learn matchups.

@@kayden2119 Its not requirement though, only people who need to learn the matchups are those who are only concerned with the competitive scene and don't wanna have fun, other than that matchups don't matter if you're playing among friends
