It's a neat concept. But maybe not one that a measly half million HKD can bring to fruition. FYI that around 65k usd. Which is probably enough for prototyping + software but Surely not enough to manufacture a lot of products with quality material. Considering the order volume would be quite small with that amount of money. Probably made in a home industry in Shenzhen with refurbished or cheap materials.

Many of these kikstarter "scams" are really people failing to keep up with orders. A lot of times it ends up in hiring Chinese.

I had a cheap Chinese printer and I think I have a theory why the webpage didn’t load. You see, although the address window may display what seems like a regular IP address, it’s actually a device itself what is it connecting to. When you scan QR, your device needs to be online to connect.

Not gonna lie. This looks like a sick concept.

quick reminder, dont scan random QR-codes, they can be viruses, yes, not a page that opens and tries to download one no, the qr-code itself can just be a insta download file

The reason the website didn't work is most likely because its a Chinese website

Almost backed a scam, thankfully I didn't. Kickstarter needs to refine their system, there's way to many scams on their site. This is my main reason why on not backing any projects.

Just get a small screen, conect it to your pc, put it wherever you want and you will get the same thing but better, plus you can use a better keyboard.

What if a good company makes this that would be so cool

why would they put it on the left side they shouldve put it on the right because the keyboard could block the right side

Change settings from a web page? So that thing connects to the internet, sounds like you should get your pc checked from potential malware but definitely super cool thing if you could hack the software

Why would you need a keyboard with built in stream deck, if you can buy 100% keyboard with numpad and use it for anything. But if you want mini screens on buttons but tkl or 75% with stream deck

I wouldn't call getting an actual product a scam, sure it doesn't work properly, but that's what you have bug fixes and updates for.
