Hello friends!
Cut 800 g pork fillet into steaks.
Today we are preparing a recipe for very tasty meat.
Cover with cling film and beat.
Cut in half and make slits as shown in the video.
Add salt, black pepper and 2 tablespoons soy sauce to taste.
3/4 teaspoon soda, 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar.
3-4 tablespoons of cornstarch.
Cut 6 potatoes.
Salt, black pepper, 3 tablespoons olive oil.
1-2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese.
Place on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
Bake at 180-190°C for 20-30 minutes.
Fry in vegetable oil over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Squeeze 4 cloves of garlic into the same vegetable oil.
Then add 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder, 1 tablespoon honey and 2 tablespoons soy sauce.
Bring to a boil.
Add meat and fry for another 5 minutes.
Add sesame seeds.
