Very quick!! Right on the limit at a couple of points. I know Llandegla well and ride it about 50% of that speed and it feels quick to me!! Great edit. Thanks for sharing.
@@TDPB hey buddy thanks for asking 👌🏻. Unfortunately it didn’t happen 🙁….. my bloody cars turbo packed up and other associated parts and has cost me a fortune to repair!! I was so gutted about it and and only just got my car back after 8 days without it!! I need to plan another weekend so I’m going to see what the weathers like this coming weekend providing they’re not closed due to the storm…. 👍🏻
Can't beat a bit of Llandegla! They seem to put a top effort in to maintaining the trails! My Christmas visit was chuffin nightmare with a rear tubeless issue, valve ended up snapping and had to fit a tube to get me to finish. Only been twice so far but defo back soon. Some sweet footage!
Yeah agreed, a great place to go get some miles in with plenty of fun downs! You are right, trails have always been immaculate whenever I've been, and seem to ride well in any conditions. That sounds like a right nightmare Clive, but at least you were prepared with a spare tube eh!!
Agreed. I think they are probably working on defining the colour graded routes with these new tracks. I do feel like that as the sport grows and more and more people become skillfull on mtb the expectation of all trail gradings will be much higher than someone new to the mtb world. My own personal rule... smooth compact berms and straights with short mild climbs and wide tracks... BLUE Same as above with rock gardens, rollers, single track and small tables.. RED Same as above but less of and would include drops, gap jumps, skinny northshore, steep shutes like 10 to 30 ft and technical long climbs... Black Drops more than a meter, gaps more than 10ft steap canyon type shutes triple black diamond with a cherry on top. Or just.... pro lines. Just my opinion. But even that may change over time.👍🏽
Hey mate, not sure but i think you might be referring to the north shore line in the skills section, just on the first climb out of the carpark. Ive done the skinnies a couple times there, and have got a video of it on my insta if you want to check if its the one your thinking of, im @hucktosplat_mtb and its my most recent video
Are their any bike specific hotels, bbs or lodges near thier? we're thinking of going down their in a few months time and need somewhere to stay a few days and have secure storage for the bikes.
I'm not sure to be honest. We live like an hour and a half away so we've never looked into it. But I believe theres an air B&B near by. Well worth a visit tho.👍🏽👍🏽
It's what they class as black, agreed it's not what we would normally expect from a black, there are definitely reds more challenging elsewhere...... but whatever colour, they are mega fun to ride! 🤟
