Remember to subscribe and let's engage in anything related to cars. When we say "growth" we mean your presence. 😀 A little education goes a long way, as a layman on this subject, this was eye-opening!

@@sebuwam But you can drive it in 4H on tarmac right.? I get frightened when these trucks lose traction easily, if the 3.2L can spin the rear tires on wet surface I'm sure this one can do it easily 🤣🤣🤣🤣

I wish Ford would do this in the US. They have a Raptor Assualt class that is pretty much the same but that's only open to owners of a new F-150 Raptor. Looks like they opened up your class to all Ford 4x4 owners. Seems like a great time. We don't seem to get Fords best here in the US.
@sebuwam
@sebuwam 2 года назад
Mmmh! Thats quite suprising considering that its the home base for Ford. Damn, this class is so necessary, especially for a country so much into pick-ups like the US🤔
@digitalshooter2905
@digitalshooter2905 2 года назад
@@sebuwam I know, I would take that class in a heartbeat. I owned a Focus ST and got to go to a Ford Performance High Performance driving class that was a lot of fun. At the same time there was a Raptor Assualt class as well. In the afternoon we saw this huge cloud of dust off in the distance and asked if there was a sand storm coming and the instructors just laughed and said no, that's the Raptor Assualt class having their fun 😂 So they'll probably do the same for the Ranger Raptor owners here once we get it. But the kicker is you'll have had to buy a brand new Ranger Raptor. Our classes here that Ford puts on aren't open to just anyone that owns the vehicle. You have to have bought one in the last year. Which most people probably can't afford especially right now. The special edition vehicles like the Raptors get a very high premium over here. They even go above MSRP usually.
@sebuwam
@sebuwam 2 года назад
@@digitalshooter2905 Damn, I can imagine how nice the high performance class is👌🏾. Unfortunately the Focus has been discontinued here in South Africa, I think its the same story that side. Well on the plus side you have the F-Series Raptor in the US. I have to say the current car prices are just so crazy all over the world, Covid brought a lot of issues with it😰
@digitalshooter2905
@digitalshooter2905 2 года назад
@@sebuwam Yup, no more Focus here either. I think one of its down falls here in the US was the auto transmission sucked and Ford didn't really do anything about it. The ST and RS and its manual transmission was really a fun car to drive. To bad it's gone but I moved to trucks just before they did away with the Focus. The ST Octane Academy was a great experience. Everyone who took the class has loved it as I'm sure the people who took the Raptor Assualt class loved theirs. F-150 Raptors in my area are going for anywhere from $77,855 to $86,055 USD. Don't know what that translates to in SA money but here that's expensive so I can only imagine what a Ranger Raptor will cost. 😢
@sebuwam
@sebuwam 2 года назад
@@digitalshooter2905 My daily driver is a 2014 Fiesta, Ford's manual is one of the smoothest shifters I have ever came across. Well the pricing of the F-150 makes sense as the Ranger Raptor here is around $59000 (translated at today's price). Its not a typically affordable vehicle though as much as many people buy it. We call them bakkies here and they are loved a lot so even if Ford was left with them in the line up they would still survive. Ford Ranger sales are normally just behind Toyota with Hilux.

I did Bafa Mode in 2H when I it on test 😂😂😂. But even on 4H it's much better for this type of driving it makes it safer and doesn't feel like it's 4H.
@sebuwam
@sebuwam 2 года назад
Can't risk 2H in a narrow road, especially as I am not used to the road. 4H is definitely much more safer due to additional grip from front. I have so much respect for RWD🤣
