This is great news, there shouldn’t even be finals in the first place, look at the premier league and how it is the most watched sports league on the planet and they dont have finals. At least we are getting 8-figures into the a-league which can then be invested to catipulte it into a different stratosphere.

It is what can happen when inexperienced people try to run an organisation. Dumb ideas get traction. $20m is peanuts for 3 years as well. A lot of it will be spent on bling. I reckon the refereeing will lean towards NSW teams now.

The A-League should be looked at through The European System instead of The American System. It will give us better chance of cultivating Australian Football while ever so young.

GREAT DECISION! A proper domestic football league competition is a LEAGUE and HAS NO FINALS. Our football league copies the AFL and NRL in having an uneven home and away season and finals. If we maintain the stupid uneven and unbalanced draw and the STUPID finals, then it's a great idea to have the Grand final in one location. WELL DONE APL.✅✅✅ Of course, if we want to do it properly, we would get rid of finals altogether and have a proper league like in England, Spain, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Brazil, Chile, etc etc

Almost every country around the world holds its major finals at the same stadium each year. It’s time to start doing things properly and move away from backwards thinking for the game to progress. Ultimately what is needed is the premiers, a solid cup and relegation/promotion. None of this grand final nonsense.
