Our Kenyan in rush to be wealthy while buying properties left and right will never want to go through the legal process! you can serve them eviction notice for 10yrs but until you demolish, they will never vacate!

The cartel stretches from the real owners of the piece of land in question through Arthi house where land records are temporarily altered to allow way for fraudulent sale and returned to it's original form immediately after the sale has taken place to the local administration and even the judiciary. You go do a search following all due diligence on a parcel you want to buy and the records are in the name of the “seller” who disappears after facilitating the issuance of a title deed. That is when the real owner resurfaces claiming ownership. You go back to Arthi house and are shocked by the findings; records have been rectified to read the names of the original owner rendering your title deed a forged document. The ground is so slippery.

I need legal advise. i paid banda home over 3.5 millions and they didn't deliver anything. My plot now is under someone else name. I was told by lawyer these banda home people- Kamau especially who was CEO are well connected and i can't do anything. Sad how corruption is big.
