for hardcore fans or those that ride, i'm sure this topic is understood already. but it's basic video like this that're more likely to engage with new fans and it's great! Keep them coming with all the technical sides in the sport.

Glad they posted it despite being extremely basic, beginner level stuff. And ironic that the Honda today seems to be the most difficult beast to ride once the tires wear a bit during the race in 2024. What would be interesting is if MotoGP put a series of these together using different crew chiefs as a playlist that new fans can watch.

About track condition I would add that rubberised track condition helps grip, but if weather condition change and start raining, then rubberised lines gets slippery af and drivers need to stay away form those lines and need to find clean asphalt lines. Does it make sense.. ?

I hear some riders are afraid of front brakes. This video shows why you must use front brakes to load the tire for grip. Another reason you need trail braking as well.

I don’t understand why greater contact patch or more surface area due to lower tire pressure affects the grip the tire gets because basic physics say the force of friction is only affected by the normal force and the coefficient of friction.

All the inputs that Santi says can be easily programmed and controlled with a remote tire pressure controller during the race I don't know why they don't develop something on this regard so some riders stop bitching about wrong tires and so.

Pilots need products to compete on every raceway... Not test or lab the doubts engineer & industry problems. Bring them to make Moto GP great not a industrial fail lab test. Years are pass & being the same - pilots & Moto falling to the track. : /
