As an Empath I need time alone....Each one of us should find a passion that you love doing by yourself! Mine is nsture/gardening....learn to say no, turn off the devises, the social media thing is over the top...take days off just to be!....Share dinners with those you love...take hikes no phone allowed....and remember to breathe..life is beautiful just look around!❣

We do not know what really happened to twitch. Rather he might have committed suicide or not we need to pray for love ones every moment especially before leaving from home. We do not have any ideal what can happen to us. That is why we got to pray and ask God to protect us and our love ones from any hurt or harm . This world is very dangerous. Be careful and watch your surrounding all the time. Just remember God See's everything and know what really happened to twitch not us. We have to start paying attention to people's when they are talking to us. Never know if they need a encouraging word from us. People's or hurting but we sometime ignore the signs of depression and make fun of that person or laugh and call them crazy behind there backs. We have to repent and do better and 💕 people's. Sorry this has happen but it is a wake up call to prayer and returning to God I assume.

Yes, we all need peace, I go walking, and te time I spend away from my family is good. Don't feel guilty about spending time just for yourself. Turn off te devices for part of te day, switch off...take time out. Have a break, go to te beach and unwind. 40 is far too young to say 'Goodbye,' Talk to others, tell them your stressed, and keep in touch with your loved ones XO. Your family needs U, don't leave them too soon. Think about your kids, they need U in their lives, what U do matters, love yourself, talk to your elders, their advice is good for U. Chat to your friends, okay some of your best friends are'nt there for U anymore. Make new friends, U care. Yes, there are bad things happening in te world, but there are good experiences too coming tomorro, or in te near future, enjoy everyday, and look forward to meeting your new family members, friends etc. So much to live for...that holiday overseas, can't wait, make your life better for U and your family.
