to myself and anyone else that needs to hear this.
yesterday night i started to write about my experience with quiting dance, after it having been part of my life for such a long time and ingrained into my identity.
this past year i have been navigating this and here is what i learned.
i think now i am in a place where i am finally able to share this, because of finally getting to the point where i have process this experience enough. and i think this video is also a way for me to end the processing and fully move on.
i want to share some of my ideas, because maybe it is something someone can connect to and i think it is also something i would have wished to hear last year.
so if you did need this message i am sending you a big hug , know that there is a light at the end of the tunnel and i believe the right doors will open for you once you start closing the one that needs to be closed.
