Sarah lost her dad, Graham, to MND eight years ago.
A lot has changed since he passed, but his memory still lives on. His death ignited a fire within Sarah, inspiring her to help others whose lives have also been rocked by MND.
Sarah now works as an MND Advisor and Support Coordinator, supporting people from the beginning to the very end of their MND journey.
Sarah has written a letter to her dad updating him on everything he's missed in the past eight years.
