Thank you so much for the video! I understand this much better now. I have a question though, is this matrix used only when it comes to a specific decision, or also just generally? If it is used generally, then how would you know where to position your stakeholders?

Good lecture! However it would have been better to put low influence below and high influence above to make your mapping more understandable
