What do we lose when we lose a neon sign? That's the question posed by A Light Never Goes Out, the wonderful debut feature from director Anastasia Tsang. Though this is Tsang's first movie, she is a film industry veteran, and she has landed a roster of big stars for her first effort, including Simon Yam and Cecilia Choi.
