Is very compareble to Spain.

@@AVenlledBraZil In some things yes and some big couple of things not. Spain is far less mountainous than Greece. Spain has only 4 ultra peak mountains in all of Spain mainland. And 4 on the islands. Greece has 19 Ultra peak mountains. Greece is smaller than Spain, but very spread out. From north till south is in total length about the same as Spain. But Greece has 19 Ultra peak mountains, Spain 8. Spain size is 505.000 and Greece 132.000. Meaning Greece has 2.8x more Ultra peak mountains as a whole, but Since Spain is 3.8 times larger in total surface area, *Greece therefor has 9 times higher density of Ultra peak mountains than Spain.* Spain has only a mountain chain at the border with France (Pyrenees), and a few mountains inside the inland of Spain and then 1 mountain close to Malaga. The rest is only hills, light hills or flat. But with things like volcano's, desert, and some other elements Spain has similarities with Greece in their own way. Also. Go to google earth and check both countries out. Greece's topography and geography is much more extreme and diverse than that of Spain

@@Ptolemy336VV seems you dont know nothing of Spain i live here there is mountains everywhere in this country 2000m peaks are everywhere central system of Spain is mountain range of 600km long 30km wide of 2000m everywhere , cantabric mountain range is a system of 480km long 120km wide with 2000 m everywhere, system iberic is a mountain range 500km long 100 wide with 2000ms everywhere, Sierra Morena is a mountain range of 400km long 75km wide with 1000ms everywhere and the betic mountain range with 600km long 200km wide with 2000ms everywhere and even 3000 m in Sierra Nevada, Spain has 8 ultra prominents peaks 4 in continental Spain and 4 in the Islands. 1 Teide 3718m in Tenerife Canary Islands 2 MULHACEN 3478m in the betic mountain range 3 Aneto 3404m Pyrénées 4 Roque de los Muchachos 2423m La Palma Canary Islands , Picos de las nieves 1956m Gran Canaria Canary Islands, Torre de Cerredo 2648m Cantabric mountain Range, Pico Almanzor 2592m Centrail System, Pico de Malpaso 1501m Canary Island. Spain doesnt have to much prominent peaks because the majority of the countru is a plateau between 600m to 1000m.

@@Ptolemy336VV also is Wikipedia that spain is the country with more biodiversity in Europe there are even biomes that only exist in Spain and in no other place in the world also Greece have those type of weather because they have to may islands with mountains.

@@AVenlledBraZil You're from brasil? And yeah you're right spain is the second most mountainous country in Europe after switzerland, that doesnt however change the fact that greece is also very mountainous.

@@torebergsten6741 Of course you can ski in Greece, there are several ski resorts. During the winter in northern Greece the temperatures can drop to -20 and there is snow even as south as the island of Crete.

Crete has one of the most prominent mountains in Europe..

@@MrVibriocholerae As a matter of fact. Greece has together with Italy the most Ultra prominence peaks in Europe. Switzerland has 8 Ultra peaks, Austria 12, Greece 19, and Italy 20. 80% of Greece is mountainous. So Greece is a perfect winter destination, or any kind of destination. It has practically everything, from Alpine mountains all the way to the only natural palmforests in Europe and everything inbetween. It even has one small desert on Limnos, and volcano's, many other-worldly geological formations and one of the most natural hotsprings om the planet with 800 natural hotsprings. And if you look at what Greece has in relation to it's size, then Greece is absolutely incredibly diverse.
