@@ouroboros5793 Thank you for the constructive feed-back. I've actually adapted this with my new overlay, which should show up as soon as my Portrait of Ruin playthrough goes live. And yeah, there are a lot of dark rooms. I think the darker screen just comes from OBS being OBS, as it's pretty bright on my end.

Yeah, it would be nice to get paid, but I knew from the start it would be impossible. I thought of approaching Nintendo with it, but they wouldn't accept the game the way it is with all the silly aspects I added. I suppose if a small team of people offered to help reskin it into a different game, using the same engine, and looking to make profit, I would be interested. Otherwise I'm too burnt out from this project, 4 years working alone fulltime takes a toll on you. So yeah, if anybody out there feels they can take on the challenge of reskinning it, we should talk. Profits would be split. Thanks

I mean this in the most kindest gentlest way I can. The final boss is ass. It's taken the game from like a 9/10 to like a 8/10 or a 7/10 because you do a 2 hour run. Lose all your equipment and die in 10 seconds.

@@justinbohemier118 I understand what you were trying to do with the final boss, but I agree with the notion of many others. This is a horrible way to do this fight and feels awful, after you spend the entire run preparing for such an encounter. I just got there myself with 3 potions, 14 hearts, 8 attack and 7 defense, ready to fight him. The last stage wasn't even that hard but in the end, only your hearts matter.

@@justinbohemier118i mean this in the worst way possible, but this game reminds me of the original smash bros lawl: 99% of it was the coolest fan concept ever, then it kicks you in the balls, pins you to the ground, and takes a fast food diarrhea dump in your mouth at the very end. went from a 10/10 to a -20

I wanted to pipe in, I like that on my phone I can zoom and crop it how I want it but I don't think it compliments how well this game is actually sprited because I'm pretty sure most things where hand redrawn

@@Gabronthe See, now this is constructive criticism - which I appreciate. I've actually taken into account some of which I got on this video as well, about the game screen being too small. So, I'm going to be fixing that for the next stream I do. Only reason I was flippant to the previous commenter, is due to how the comment itself was also flippant.
