I worked as a projectionist at a super small theatre on the military base we lived at. I had to sit and watch every movie we played (only one at a time 2 showings a day.) we got this movie and let me tell you. Apart from scary movies I couldn’t watch this one multiple times. I would cry my eyes out. I had others do it.
I know this sounds weird, but I wish you had full length videos so we could eat lunch along with you. It helps relieve my food anxiety to watch you and your vibes are so positive.
As someone who is trying to get a healthier relationship with food and navigating new health issues your videos warm my heart. There are so many things to try and I adore your attitude.
I know the word "vibe" is completely overused, but I really love your vibe. As someone who went from unhealthy underweight and restrictive eating to binge eating, you model healthy and realistic eating. I really, really appreciate the content you make, and it is so helpful to me.

Also this is similar to one of my favorite salads to make. It has bell pepper, apple, cucumber, grilled chicken, spring mix, kale, grapes, walnuts, dried cranberries, quinoa, and hummus. I love chickpeas but never thought of adding them.

im so disappointed with the comments im seeing on relating to the holocaust. did you guys know that mothers would hug their children knowing they would be taken into gas chambers and die and had to tell them “we are going into the showers.” their deaths were long and painful. they were beaten and treated like dogs. they were killed, humiliated, hurt, and any horrible thing you want to say. are you seriously going to make a joke? the creator told someone to just “get off youtube” when someone states they were offended. im so disgusted. this is a true story guys, not just a movie.
@Coffee Nut ☕️ There can be funny jokes on almost any topic but you can't forget the seriousness of it too and people are allowed to get offended. Slavery is vague, it happened in every region all throughout history. The Holocaust was a specific extermination of millions of people within just a few years. Not to mention the torture and human experiments

Not sure I understand. You either eat your salads/sandwichs with toast or chips. Do you need a crunch? I love sandwichs with fresh bread and salads with a protein. By the way love your RU-vid cheers
That's looking like a true rainbow salad! Stunning and healthy! Apparently, the more colours you add to your food, the more vitamins you absorbe. Colours from nature, not food colouring! Also hummus makes a great dressing fot salads ❤

Im curious is this your lunch off of work? If so how long is your lunch? I feel like having enough time to prepare and enjoy a meal like this would help me reset during a shift soooo well, but 30 min i can hardly even get to my car hahaha

Can you PLEASE put your recipes in the description box or anywhere??? I want to try this one but the only way I can achieve making something like this - not the same thing because I can't cook quinoa because it never works - is by pausing the video every second and writing or typing up every ingredient for the salad. Shorts are nice but they also SUCK because I can't go back a few seconds!
