Aunty, I just came across your videos. Food looks amazing. I love your kitchen with all the stainless steel appliances. I subscribed to your channel. I am from Trinidad.
Hi Ria! I came from Florida to your lovely restaurant when I was in Atlanta for labour day weekend. I met your daughter…Sorry I missed you… Food was delicious! Hope to be back soon. Réjeanne
Hi Rhea: I enjoy watching your videos. You remind me of myself and the way I cook. No specific measurements for the recipes, you just know what to put in the foods you are cooking. Same here. I love listening to the dialogue between you and your husband. I would love to come to Atlanta and cook with you. I came to the USA when I was 10 and have been cooking from then. I am now 69, and live in Suffolk county Long Island. Please Continue what you are doing and God Bless. Linda 🫕🥘🍳🦋
Hi there all the way in NY. Love the presentation and preparation on both dishes however in the channa and potato a little suggestion on the finishing touches of that special seasoning your husband made that you left over in the counter would be nic also some fresh scallions and cilantro. I do most of the cooking back here and trust me that touch tastes so good. Continue thoughs lovely videos and Continue to go strong always in God we trust.
Missed seeing a video. I don't like lamb neck or any neck in poultry but your cooking is boss. Love your seasoning- I do same. Lamb is one of my favourite meat too. You and your husband are a good team ❤❤

Welcome back Ria and hubby 🤗...hope you enjoyed your vacation? I missed watching you while you was away 😊...the lamb and aloo dishes looked splendid...just so you know...I have never had any Trinidadian curry with coconut in it before, mostly in Thailand, their curries are coconut based 😉...have a great week 😘🤗❤
Ria and hubby I missed you all so much. I was going to call you to make sure you all were ok. I never had curry lamb neck before, so I would see if I can get it here and try cooking it. Thanks for the tip of the pineapple juice. I love neck so I am sure I would like it. The dishes looks so yummy my mouth is watering. ❤❤❤
Thanks for the video. I have been looking for your new post. Congrats on your new pressure cooker. I enjoy your videos and view them repeatedly although I am vegan. I prepare the things that I do eat. My 14 year old son is excited that I found something I enjoy watching. Keep those dishes coming please.🎉
Love lamb neck...I find it almost tastes like oxtail. Used to get very nice neck in T&T but it's now difficult to find. I hope viewers didn't 'pressure' you into getting a new pressure cooker LOL! But happy cooking with the new one! Stewed lamb neck is fantastic!
Can someone tell me where I can purchase Bhandhania? I’ve looked EVERYWHERE in my area for the leaf and I can not find it ANYWHERE! There is PLENTY of Ci-lantro in the stores but no Cu-lantro, (other names are Shado Beni/Recao, Chadon Beni (shado beni), Mexican Coriander, Long Coriander, Sawtooth Coriander and Ngò Gai). I also heard it is very difficult to grow here due to our cold seasonal temperatures. I saw some in a paste like form in a gar that was mixed with other stuff but never the actual leaf so, if someone knows of a place I can find it, I’d greatly appreciate the tip!😊
