Oh no thats a huge pity. I think it has a 1 year warranty. Perhaps u should return it under warranty

Hi, I can't seem to charge my Dell laptop with the powerbank. When I plug the cable into the type-c port and the other end into the usb port of my laptop, the laptop chargin light doesnt come on. Neither does the powerbank show any signs of losing its charge. Please can you assist.

Oh okay lol. I see ur issue. Dont plug it into the USB port. You need to get the adapter from Winx which matches your barrel connector for your Dell laptop. So the USB c part of the cable goes into the USB c port on your powerbank and the DC Jack connector will go into your normal charging port of your laptop

What does it mean when my winx power bank flashes 188 when plugged into charge? It won’t charge my phone either.

@@southafricantechyoutuber alright no problem thanks. I unfortunately through away the box when I got it 8 months ago and that had the warranty and the user guide in it. One last thing, do you have a user manual that explains how to factory reset the device or something like that? Would help. Cheers

Hi hi Was your gaming laptop off when you were test charging it or was it on but just idle? For some reason my new powerbank winx ultra can only charge from 6% to 60% and completely drains the powerbank.

The laptop was switched off during charge. It's possible the whole powerbank will get consumed if the laptop is powered on. But it's more likely that your laptop battery is larger than mine

Cool thanks for the reply. Will try again while off. I have a 2 in 1 tablet with 6200mah and got like 45 minutes of charge time from it. Assumed I’d get atleast 1 full charge from a 20000mah😞

Yeah that is strange. Rated capacity is always below the actual advertised capacity but it should atleast be able to fully charge your tablet. Hope winx are not being deceptive here hey... I've also noticed it tends to go to 0% surprisingly quick.seems more like a 10000mah battery pack. But I think the main selling point of this powerbank is the 100w of power
