This is a good question. A Long Trip GM task is to not lose any prayer points, if I binded piety+a protection to one tick flick theres a greater chance I could of lost 1 prayer point or taken a hit from the boss since I would have to flick on a diff protection prayer at least 50% of the time. This wasn't a speed challenge it was to do it perfect with no pray loss.
