The movement to avoid booking through the agregators is growing. Support hotels by booking directly, asking if the can give you a better rate and cut the "parasites" out.
I tried to book my room thru the hotel directly in Pattaya, it was about 600b more per night than Airbnb and the Airbnb is run by the hotel. Made no sense at all.
@@TheGreatEscape9833I think there a clause with these hotel booking company’s that hotels can’t list cheaper rooms than what is on Agoda or booking.com they can be penalized or even banned. Big brother always watching lol
Hi there Booked into the Treepana hotel today just for one night on the way back to Bkk from Phuket; the Treepana is a fabulous hotel and the young staff very friendly I didn’t use your name for the discount as I figure they will need all the cash they can just now being so new , after I had paid and put our bags in the rooms and came back down to go out I mentioned I’d seen the hotel on your channel and they were pleased about that Mr Jonny 😂 I would recommend this hotel it is superb and glad you showcased it Regards Davy 🏴🇹🇭
I miss the video(s) of Som driving. She really enjoy her time behind the wheel. Maybe it has been long enough Jonny can handle the stress level to do it again.
Not bad pricing. Looked luxury as out the front. Wouldn't mind taking my twin daughters and mum down that way for a few days. Get us out the house and village. Keep our mind of things. My mum defiantly deserves it

Went to phuket a few weeks back. First time back in Thailand in 25 years. Loved it. Convinced i was going back to Phuket to retire in 18 months. But after seeing Hua Hin ill go there in April next year for a few weeks to see if i love it. Your videos got me thinking. Happy to get out of Perth

I pick up on stuff very quick Jonny and I’ve seen a change in you the last 6 months which is not a bad thing but I’ve noticed you have become very family orientated I don’t know if it’s because a few close friends have passed but I had a similar experience I’ll speak for myself but I found my value for money is declining but my value for time has rapidly increased as you can always get back that $ you missed but time is something you’ll never get back. Good to see!

They are and will be there until the 3rd of Nov. with Ma Yi. They are spending tonight in Chinatown. Being Luk khrueng they are getting to explore their roots with their grandmother and cousins etc. Besides we are moving there in the Spring of 2024 and your videos have been very useful. When you mention job it"s like shes deaf and just zooms away like an F1 car and well you mention about the cheque and she just gives such a beautiful smile how can you not pick up the tab. Hi Lee, decent amount of street food, bars not so much. There is a big Thai club opposite from big C but you looking for like a Thai bar with a few girls you will have to go into so 80 or bintabaht. Hopefully I see you in January 👍😊

Hua Hin used to be where the King had/has his holiday retreat. The hotel looks very nice. I might consider it for my first ever trip to Hua Hin in the next 4 months. Som is lovely. She better be as nice to me as she is to you 😂

There is Vodka made in Thailand with superb quality triple destilled named KULOV. A bootle cost less than 400,- Second brand drinkible is REGENCY cognac 350ml for220,- . All others makes Puat Hua (headache) next day
Completely agree. The smoking , which is mostly foreigners is a real turn off . The inconsiderate and ignorant behavior is a real consideration for avoiding many places or even Thailand in general. It's as if smokers are doing what they can't do in their home countries just to be assholes.
