I just moved to Florence SC from New Jersey when I experienced Hugo. My son was exactly 1 week old. I tell you, Hugo scared me. We didn't have water or lights for over a week. It was hard especially having a new born.

I experienced Hurricane Hugo in Charlotte NC. Incredible storm, very surrealistic.
