Sonic Adventure 2 is a pretty cool game. And it's got a pretty cool plush set to go along with it. Let's talk about it!

A Look Back At Sonic Adventure 2 Plushes! Really hope you guys like this video, I put a lot of effort into it! This is my first video since my voice reveal, so hopefully it went fine, the volume may be a bit low but overall I think it's alright. Actually, I wonder how many of you guys reading this watched this before watching my voice reveal video or Sonic Collection, hmm. Maybe $200 at the least. It's a very rare plush. Though there's a good chance you may have had a Shadow that just looked similar to it, like a Toy Network Shadow plush.

We did get Sonic X sets, but no promotional Sonic sets after that. The closest thing has been the GE plush range, which often does the newest characters like Infinite and Sage.

Good video! - but just to note, when you talk about SA2 and the Chao Garden and what it adds to the game - you are actually showing footage and features from the non-Dreamcast version (such as the Black Market which wasn't in the game)

I saw Tails on eBay for over $200 (I think.) I really don't get why some people sell these little plushies for the price of Xbox One AND a PlayStation 4 (If you've seen the Super Sonic plush from Sonic the Fighters you know what I mean.)

Yeah I think Tails was on eBay for that price earlier this year. People sell these plushes for that much cause, for better or for worse, that's actually how much they're worth to people. These are old, unique pieces and there simply aren't too many of them floating around anymore. And like, the STF Super Sonic is currently the ONLY Classic Super Sonic plush, really wish Jazwares didn't cancel theirs, or GE just makes one.

I think I've seen Sonic on international eBays (UK maybe?) once after that, but yeah that Sonic was the most recent one on US eBay to my knowledge. Hopefully someday SEGA releases all of those SOAP Sonics that were at the Sonic Cafe (they had like 40 or something) to the public so the prices of them can go down. I also have the Joyride figure, definitely an awesome piece but I'd still love to have the plush to go with it.

Who wouldn't? I still think about the fact that a Rouge plush was extremely difficult to get your hands on until Great Eastern released one of their own. Now speaking of which, I don't know if you know this already, but I read the other day that GE's license with SEGA will expire in April unless they can renew it. Knowing that they've made characters that have never been official plush figures before then, I have been hoping GE would come out with one of Tikal. Now that you've been talking about the Soap Shoes plush, it would be nice if they came out with one of those as well, but having heard about the pending expiration of the license, I know the odds don't look good at this point, but we still have Tomy. You can't forget about them.

Yea I saw that GE was losing it when they (quietly) announced it on their Facebook, I was the one who sent that into SonicGear if you know that site. I actually did once ask GE if they could make a SOAP Sonic plush, and their social media guy replied saying they actually did once try to see if they could, but SEGA rejected the idea (SEGA you foOLS). GE was highly inspired by UFO Catcher plushes so it's likely they had these in mind. Me and a cool guy on DeviantArt that goes by the name of So0oper actually made a mock up of what a GE SOAP Sonic could look like: i.imgur.com/ZI5ruEx.jpg Maybe TOMY will make one? Weird how SEGA rejected GE on it.

Even though it is totally my #1 most wanted plush (that was officially released), I'd probably only pay $250 for it max. That's still pretty high but not as high as what others pay for it, and that's only if it has it's tag and is basically mint.
