Hi, i started my portfolio last year with SCHD, VOO, and VUG after watching one of your videos. In terms of share price, VOO is way up (22.25%) and VUG is waaaaay up (39.62%). Thanks for the education!
Isn't VOO and VUG similar in the sense both are investing in the S&P 500? What is the difference? I thought it is generally advised against to invest in multiple ETFs or Mutual Funds?
I do not do invest on my own, I work with a pundit who prefers i invest in large cap companies with cash flows and strong balance sheets. Some of which are AAPL, VHYL, SCHD & NVDA
I work closely with the popular lady Aileen Gertrude Tippy , After she appeared on Bloomberg where she was featured. I looked her up and reached out on her web page to set an appointment. You can do same.
As someone passionate about investments, I often contemplate the strategies and paths that enable top-tier investors to amass wealth in the millions. While I possess a substantial initial capital, I am uncertain about the specific tactics or avenues that would facilitate achieving gains exceeding $400k, similar to those achieved by several others this season.
If you're new to investing or don't have much time, it's best to get advice from an expert. Investing without proper guidance can lead to mistakes and losses. I've learned this from my own experience.
Yeah, financial advisors could make a lot of difference, particularly in a market such as this. Stocks are pretty unstable at the moment, but if you do the right math, you should be just fine. Bloomberg and other finance media have been recording cases of folks gaining over 250k just in a matter of weeks/couple months, so I think there are a lot of wealth transfer in this downtime if you know where to look. I have been using an FA since 2019, and I return at least $275k ROI, and this does not include capital gain.
I'm pleased I found this conversation. If you're comfortable with it, could you share how I can get in touch with the advisor you rely on for your investments?
'Laurelyn Gross Pohlmeier' is the licensed advisor I use. Just research the name. You’d find necessary details to work with a correspondence to set up an appointment.
I'm looking to give stocks another shot after staying on the sidelines since the pandemic. I have $5 million from the sale of some of my Bel-Air properties and i am thinking about doing a 70/30 stocks and bond ratio. What are your thoughts?
@zullard565 Exactly, having the right plan is invaluable, my portfolio is well-matched for every season of the market and recently hit 100% rise from early last year. I and my CFP are working on a 7 figure ballpark goal, tho this could take till Q3 2024.

Once again, your analysis is impressive. Novices often ponder if it's untimely to invest in stocks or crypto, yet the market's unpredictability remains. Trading offers more benefits than mere holding, thus pre-learning is vital. Active trades are essential for navigating market fluctuations. With Cheryl Atonal's guidance, I've grasped trading fundamentals and boosted my earnings-achieving over 19 BTC!-thanks to her trade daily signals and insights.
Investing has proven to be an incredibly beneficial decision. My cryptocurrency profits continue to play a substantial role in growing my overall wealth, reducing my reliance on my salary
The technical analysis expert I admire the most. Cheryl's signals are not just about gains. She emphasizes risk management, making her advice both rewarding and wise
Nice to see this here, I have worked with her also for months now, she simplifies matters, whether it's a market surge or drop; her approach consistently achieves profitable outcomes.
Please I need someone to help me trade or invest the forex or crypto market because I'm tired of trading in losses myself. I've blown my account twice and it's frustrating.
My first investment with Mrs Alicia's gave me profit of over $45,405 US dollars and ever since then she has never failed to deliver and I can even say she is the most sincere broker I have known.
In the early years Microsoft and Apple were very closely aligned. Microsoft apps were the #1 leading software for Apple Macs in the 80s. In the early 90s, Apple almost went bankrupt, and Gates Microsoft helped to bail them out. Gates did argue with Jobs and vice versa a lot. But there actual success with mutually dependant.
@@chadmartin479 The AAPL vs MSFT lawsuit dragged on for years and eventually MSFT won on appeal. I don't think their success was mutually dependent, but they did work together which was mutually beneficial. MSFT agreed to buy $150M of APPL stock when the latter had a market cap of about $3B, and AAPL agreed to use Internet Explorer its default browser over Netscape. Anyone trying to get at the truth to who invented the point and click 'windows' GUI plays fast with the facts. Many believe AAPL stole it from XRX, but the basics of a mouse began further back in time at SRI, a nonprofit research facility with funding I believe that can be traced back to ARPA (the precursor to DARPA). I'd like to think that each progression built upon the idea with existing technology. Hard to believe that a little govt funding all those years ago have contributed so much to todays vast technology.
If you've ever seen a movie called Ex Machina... The guy in it, is like a Bill Gates... But alot richer, (he creates and realistic A.I you can't tell is a robot) Anyway, in the movie he gets extremely pissed at one of the robots, and says "It's amazing, no matter how rich you get.... Things still go wrong"
@parker9163 What leads you to that conclusion? Incidentally, there's plenty of research that says wealth beyond a certain point (relatively low) does not increases happiness, I.e the incremental curve on the graph for each additional $ flattens quickly.
Talking about stocks, forex and cryptocurrency trading is the most profitable venture i ever invested in, i reached my goal of $130k monthly trade earnings. Wondering if viewers here are familiar with miss Alice Rogers trading strategy...?
Having monitored my portfolio performance which has made a jaw dropping $480k from just the past two quarters along, i have learned why experienced traders make enormous returns from the seemingly unknown market.

Every week I buy more of whatever is the lowest percentage of my portfolio and try to keep everything around 10%. Please what could be my safest buys with $400k to outperform the market in 2024?
I would avoid the index funds, mutual funds, or specific stocks for the time being. The 5% fixed incomes are the safest bet for now. Save your cash for when the market actually shows sign of recovery.
This is why I've entrusted a fiduciary with my investmnt decisions. Many underestimate advisors until emotions lead to losses. My advisor crafted a tailored strategy aligning with my long-term goals, guiding entry and exit points for the equities I focus on. This has grown my portfolio to over $850k. My personal best so far
I'm mostly in cash and waiting for the stock market to re-level on the reality of our situation. Or is gold the best pick to avoid a crunch and maximize my savings I'd love to hear your opinions.
reminds me of the guy who sold all his stocks in like 1928 and everyone was calling him a chump, then the market crashed and he bought back in after a few years and made a killing, whereas many people got burnt
The issue is most people have the “I want to do it myself mentality” but not equipped for a crash. Ideally, advisors are perfect reps for investing jobs and at first-hand experience, my portfolio has yielded over 300%, summing up nearly $1m, since covid outbreak to date.

I'm considering a review of my $600K portfolio allocations, particularly in light of the pause in interest rate hikes. I'm eyeing some high-risk, high-reward opportunities. Crypto and emerging markets seem intriguing. Anyone else exploring these?
It's crucial to have a well-thought-out strategy and not make impulsive moves based on short-term market fluctuations. Patience and a long-term perspective are key. You should consider a market expert to guide you.
Accurate asset allocation is crucial, and some individuals use hedging strategies or allocate part of their portfolio to defensive assets for market downturns. Expert guidance is vital for achieving this. This approach has helped me stay financially secure for over five years, yielding nearly $1M in returns on investments.

Extreme wealth is destroying the middle class and most definitely those at the bottom, especially when a key item like money determines the ability of parents to deliver a fair livelihood to the family. If the resources of the country are vested in the FEW, the masses will eventually rebel against not only a market society by the government that limits them from a reasonable lifestyle. Fair distribution of wealth needs to arrive, the extreme debt of many countries seems to enrich the rich and burden the poor, but not only money but the assets like land owned by this group.
Because Warren Buffett only invests in companies that he knows will be around in 30 years. Microsoft in essence is too volatile as long as Gates is alive because of his past ties with Jeffrey Epstein.
When some people think of successful stock traders, they think of multimillionaires lounging in a beach town, making trades and relaxing. That reality is rare, and stock trading isn't as easy or lucrative as it might seem from the outside. Despite challenges, some people elect to stock trade as a part-time job, or they take on stock trading as their full-time gig. If you know your stuff and follow a strategy, you can make money over time through stock trades by adopting the signal of a licence broker

I realized that the secret to making a million is saving for a better investment. I always tell myself you don't need that new Maserati or that vacation just yet. Not exactly, caterpillar is a maker of earth moving equipment that is used in construction but also in the mining industry. Lithium mines will use caterpillar equipment as will projects constructing hydro-electric dams. Waste management may come up with projects to produce renewable electricity from methane in landfills or producing electricity from waste heat from sewers.
One other point, his Berkshire and Hathaway position has ownership in Occidental Petroleum which recently purchased Carbon Engineering, a company that makes synthetic fuels by sucking carbon from the air, storing it as chalk, then combining the CO2 with hydrogen made from renewable electricity. The two are combined via steam cracking, making fuels compatible with gasoline engines an jet fuels. Gates was an early backer of Carbon Engineering tech developed in Squamish BC.
When you already have $56 billion in cash, you don't need anything but defensive investments because even tiny dividend yields and gains are massive. The average person shouldn't adopt his approach of cash hoarding and being in all super defensive companies.
No, the value of cash and cash-based investments are degraded by inflation/money printing. The writing should have been on the wall during the 2008 financial crisis when uninterrupted money printing began in ernest. That was the time to borrow as much money as you could for almost zero interest. With inflation now eating away at the principal, it would have been a huge win to have been a borrower.
