Michael Jackson deserved those paintings, he's been a kind kid all his life working and being part of the spotlight 24/7 thanks to his father, and he managed to become a pop culture icon by taking risks and doing things no one has ever done before. And not only that, he had to deal with hundreds of missinformation from the press tarnishing his image as a whole while he was just trying to enjoy life now that he has the opportunity to. He also lost his natural skin color, making even more rumors, he lost his hair, making the press even more aggresive, and the final nail in the coffin was the sexual assault allegations. He doesn't deserve going through that pain for nothing, hope he's enjoying his afterlife as much as possible.

Let's be kinder, "bizarre" is not a nice word. Not everything unorthodox is bizarre! Mj was a nice human being inside and out, He deserves to be well spoken of.👍

It really saddens me to hear MJ thought he was ugly !! He wasn’t. I personally think it was more than just his father bullying him about his looks. I think it had a lot to do with the trauma of being a cute child star. MJ’s really like that stage of his life ( looks wise). I think it was very hard for him to let go of that early Ego identification with his form as he was still developing. I don’t think there was anything bizarre about MJ’s Art. It actually rather enchanting & Beautiful. Stop with these silly click bait titles !!!!!

Michael himself was a very talented VISUAL artist! He was great at drawing, painting and sculpting too! Ironically, his dad liked painting. Michael loved art because of Diana Ross. He also wrote amazing poetry and wrote all the time. A true master artist indeed! I knew he wasn't pleased with his appearance but he always had gorgeous eyes. The light in his eyes dimmed over time😢 The pictures were to remind him of his own worthiness. He was pretty simple irl but complex given the cards he was dealt. People used him. He appreciated beauty and art!

First of all I LOVE Michael Jackson since I was 7yrs old. He's ALWAYS been BEAUTIFUL to me; specially those big, deep, soulful brown eyes. My question is why the word Bizarre is in the tittle? I don't see anything that is bizarre. I see paintings of children from all walks of life; which is not surprising giving his love for them. Cherubs or little Angel's which show his spirituality and INNOCENCE. Michael choosing to be a king in some of his portraits or paintings, is perfectly fine and there is nothing bizarre about that. Michael Jackson was a very humble man but, let us not over look that he had a regal quality about him, he was a gentleman, he was old fashion and he had a presence unlike any other (after all he had grown women & men fainting at the sight of him). A king is a leader, a warrior and a guardian of his kingdom. I see those as very powerful and positive views of himself. He wasn't perfect still he care about the planet, animals and the children of the world. Michael also spoke & sang about L.O.V.E, PEACE AND EQUALITY. If you ask me; those are some of the makings of a GREAT king that cares about peace, kindness and protects his kingdom and the people. Again nothing bizarre there. This was one of my absolute favorite Michael Jackson vids...

Just shows how much he was an artist in every sense of the word. Most, if all artists view themselves in a critical and harsh reality. I feel the paintings allowed him to express himself emotionally and freely without judgement. I feel Michael often looked to escape reality through his songs, dance and musicianship. He has said he feels more comfortable on stage then meeting someone eye to eye. This for me suggests he doesn't want to feel exposed. He said he suffered with acne in his teenage years and felt repulsed by the way he looked. It also didn't help that he couldn't make friends and have conversations due to him being on the road all the time. And also his father teasing him about his nose traumatised him.

The way you talk and giggle is just so amusing. I wish people around you could let you know.
