He's definitely someone's pet and I hope that they found his owner! I own 3 macaws and I know I'd be devastated to lose one of my fids!

I had a parakeet get outside yrs ago. Didn't think I would ever see it again, but a friend of ours had a neighbor tell them a parakeet flew into their house. She knew we had one & called my brother. He went over to her neighbors & called my parakeet by name & it flew to him & brought the parakeet back home.

Ohh I Hope they take it Inside & give it some Seeds or whatever they Eat, then try to Find it’s Owner… If they can’t, then Keep it or find it a Good Home but seems to like her. Beautiful Bird!
