Loved this. Beautiful faces of all those children. I used to work in St. Mary Axe. I used Liverpool Street station. Sometimes, Aldgate East station. Thank you for sharing.

Very interesting video. My ancestors on Grand mothers side lived in this area. I know my 4 greats grandfather was living in Steward Street in 1834 where he witnessed the theft of a horse and cart of flour. He gave evidence at Old Bailey and 19 year old was found guilty and transported for life. My greats grandfather was an engraver born in 1810 and run refreshment houses that a couple of times went bankrupt. Going bankrupt meant two stays in debtors prison for him. His son Walter (3 greats grandfather) also sent to prison for 22 months for bigamy. He was an architects assistant at the time 😆
