I am a Rivers person and I am personally glad that the natives are being exposed for who they are. As for the APC spokesman, i am glad that he finally cracked and confessed that he was uncomfortable with Wike's antics. I am a member of the APC in Rivers State and we have been appalled at the role of our President and Party in the shenanigans in Rivers State. These shameful episodes only show that Nigerian politicians are not fit for purpose.

What concerns Obi in this issue now? Why would this man make mention of Obi's name in this interview?

Thank you Mr. Onakpasa for disassociating the president from Wike's mess. Mr. Jega, I don't support getting the House of Representatives involved in this matter at this time. It would be wiser for INEC to quickly conduct an election to fill the vacant seats and the tension would be over. The riverine communities may be upset if the House gets to run the state house of assembly since this is the first time their own is the governor.

Wike is not the Governor but Saint Fubara is the governor and Wike should keep his Clandestine nonsense and respect himself! He may have chosen Fubara but it was the vote of the Rivers State people that made Saint Fubara the governor, not Wike. Mentorship ( God Father the Nigerian way) is a way of life and had been in existence before Governor Wike ( Mr. Irrelevant). In business, employment or politics, without mentoring many of us cannot have the job, business or political careers we all have today. Nigeria is in severe leadership crisis today because our leaders do not mentor with good intentions. I mean, many of our leaders only mentor those they can manipulate or extort. Even if they know very well that they don't have any leadership qualities. To begin to rewrite history, all reasonable Nigerians should support Governor Fubara against Governor Wike. Wike started his political career as a Local Government Chairman. Before then and later in his political career, there had been a lot of Pathfinders that held the torch for him. Why is it so difficult for him to do it to others and walk away.

This is a battle and war Wike will not win either way. The public sentiment is against him. For Tinubu and APC, it is a win win also cos it is a way to curtail Wike's ambitions. I like the way Tega Onokpasa talked. Wike should face his minister's work. Wike's no more the governor of Rivers State. And Wike won't succeed in holding FCT Abuja and Rivers State at the same time. Wike is just a nuisance and wasting his time. If free and fair election is done today between Wike and anyone in Rivers State, Wike will lose. Wike's high-handed politics is disgusting to Rivers' people. Even APC don't want Wike. And once Wike loses the purported structure that he's laid claim to Sim Fubara, APC won't have anything to do other than to boot him out.

Wike should leave Rivers State and the new governor alone....Rivers State is not his father's personal estate. Since 1999, he has been in govt, first as a local govt chairman then rose to become governor for 8 years. Nobody bothered him during his tenure yet he won't allow Gov Sim to rest. Am partly from that state and we Rivers State people are telling you to leave our state alone. You've done enough damage. Face your job in Abuja and take care of your ailing health.
