Another quality, attractive property, a bit of a blank canvas as could do with a splash of colour here and there. Despite plenty of windows and being a bright enough day, strikes me a little too dark inside, although I love the dark blue entrance hall, maybe they should have flipped it and had blue on the bottom half of the wall, more practical too? Like the 'man cave', great pub feel but would put up a bigger screen and on the opposite wall. Sizable, usuable carport is a plus. The football incident made me laugh. I thought it was going to be straight in, not the 1st time a ball has gone over, I bet!😅
Too much grey everywhere. Dates the interior. Seems to made of quality materials though, I’ll give it that. But everything including the grounds just seems bland…typical new build Brit luxury property meh.
Yeah it's ridiculous overpriced and sh#te. Like 99 percent of the stuff on the channel. I guess agents let them film the stuff that's on the market forever and they can't shift
I often see this kind of instant boiling water tap, what British people use it for ? As tea isn't good with boiling water ( particularly green one ) i don't really get it 🤔
A). Don’t let teenagers show a house of this caliber, it does it no favors. B). A bit disappointed with such a modern contemporary interior. Due to the traditional Georgian exterior I was expecting the inside to follow suit. Had the outside matched the inside, there would have been no hesitation at all. C). With a featureless lawn, a buyer would have a big job to do straight away installing the obligatory garden rooms necessary to accentuate the house, thus I assume the price is mindful of this fact. Overall this is a well designed property with space for improvements and potential for functional adjustments. If the location is well appointed, then a sale shan’t be far off. Very Best of Luck!
