Let’s make a Lyre’s Toasted Almond Coffee.
1.5 oz Lyre’s Amaretti
1.5 oz Lyre’s Coffee Originale
2.5 oz Milk or Cream (I opted for Almond Milk)
Method:
Pour the first 3 ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake it till you make it! Strain over a majestic ice cube, adorn it with the garnish, and savour the flavour!
Garnish: Trio of coffee beans & a whisper of cinnamon
Quick Tip: A richer milk or cream lends extra texture and froth. While I went with Almond Milk for a breezier, wholesome choice, there's no wrong turn here.
