I work for First Watch 4 days a week, an I eat an AM Superfoods bowl before every shift. It's literally the best thing there. Never thought avacado toast instead of almond butter. I'll do that next time.
Chia seed power bowl: Coconut milk, agave with vanilla, add chia seed. Let rest for about 2 hours to thicken. Then add black berry preserves around the edge, add wanted berries, banana, and granola
The Superfood bowl is AMAZING 👏 😍 we have a First Watch here in Indiana. There food and drinks are so good. Hope you give it a try , you will not regret it.
It seems something is missing from the chia pudding recipe. I’ve made it that way several times, and different amounts and it’s never nearly as creamy or fluffy as First Watch. The restaurant dish seems like it has whipped cream in it. Going to try using coconut cream instead of coconut milk first, if that doesn’t work, then will try adding add whipped coconut cream and see what happens! May also try blending pulsing a little of the chia seeds
We are from Boston and have a student at Xavier. We've been to FW three times already for the superfoods breakfast bowl. Now I have to try to make it at home. I mean, I can't use your bowl as an excuse to visit our student... or can I?
