In Montreal and Toronto certain groups control different commodities. I remember having an issue with a client and I was told "You're a nice guy. My Parents, wife and kids love you, people resect you. Keep being nice, make lots of money and we have enough mean guys for those issues. Naming specific groups has always been a big No No there Being able to move comfortably with other cultures is an easy way to not only eat great food but build bonds of trust you just can't break regardless of the price. I sold Cocaine, marijuana and Hash primarily but anything was available to me. Being an empath makes it nearly impossible to betray others since you sense their pain. Being Italian also has its advantages. We're passionate about things we love.and.appreciate. This interview was fantastic!
Guys so full of shit man He is a fake Winnipeg gangster hes only 35 and done Everything across the globe nothing but a Drug addict who was homeless and lied to him self so much he actually thinks what he is saying is true its not the only thing this guy Would be Collecting would Be the cookies from the kitchen maybe with all that money he could get a gym membership
Considering how ignorant most Canadians are to what the country actually consists and what happens here (ie. Residential Schools) I also as a Canadian says you are full of it and you are trying to hide what Canada is actually about. Get a grip bro
I live in Vancouver BC and he is ABSOLUTELY NOTTT full of it.... he is speaking about the under world of canada, if you do not know people who are living in that world, then yeah, you are going to think he is bullshitting...... but I can assure you he is not.
Same dude. I had to turn it off halfway through. Compare this one to any oldschool mob interview on the channel and it shows how full of shit this guy is.
@@doncaper Given he was able to talk about what is now in his judicial record and articulate on elements police have a limited view on, I would say he did well while also advertising his book. It's also important to note Canadian crime operates a little bit different than American crime; both in terms of behavior AND judicial elements.
@@OniNoFroUSA operates different than Canadian law, but international money laws have are strict and when those funds are moved via SWIFT and in U.S. currency, fbi will prosecute
@@allbayfishing9456 If they can and when they can. Again the point I made stands. Canadian organized crime operates differently than American. Often where criminals in the States are "loud", Canadian criminals tend to be (but isn't always, let me say that again isn't always) a lot more reserved; quiet in comparison. There is also the matter of costs both monetarily and in man hours relative to what it has the potential to accomplish. As it relates to AML (for example) a huge barrier for the American judiciary (including RICO) is a matter of jurisdiction. Even through, for example, INTERPOL it is often years, if not a decade+, to be able to move. Hell... the American Judiciary can't even handle the international human trafficking committed by American citizens IN American jurisdictions. So again, the FBI prosecutes when it can, if they can.
Cold but true lol. I know that city and the women well haha. He's not wrong. The scoville scale is dramatically screwed as soon as you cross the border lol.
If I had to guess, the stuff he does mention is either stuff he was already caught on (so public knowledge) or general stuff he already stated in his book that isn't enough to incriminate himself or others. The stuff he cant say would probably lead to his arrest OR punishment from the groups he worked for.
That is kind of this shows whole thing. And I know criminals are generally bad people but I personally think it reveals too much to police. Like it’s obvious the host knows he’s helping the police. Yes a lot of criminals are horrible people but I don’t think it’s so wrong to look at the financial state of the world and think you need to find a way around it, possibly breaking a few rules.
@@Fezziwig123 Totally agree. Crime is also a result of desperation. If all of us could make fair wages and live a decent life, then there would be no need for that, but for a lot of people, (wether its a lack of skill, education, opportunity, self control, etc) You see the most crime the poorer you go, because people become desperate to make it, at any cost, and see no other way. And then once you're in, its hard to escape. Sounds like this guy for example, had he just left the life a lot earlier, he'd have been fine, but he just kept getting bigger and bigger, and doing more side hustles until it fell apart.
Yes, but it's only partially true.He won't go into details on it.Which is a cautionary tactic to keep lids on it.Its only a reference to the facts.Silence is Golden.😎
As a humble Toronto man I must say this guy is a goof ball. Self snitching while coming across as a wanna be. He doesn’t seam to know or grasp the fact that Canada has NO statute of limitations on any indictable offence. RCMP is coming for you jabronie.
Agreed. Im from Toronto as well, and this goofball was clearly talking out of his ass. That was bad. If he's gunna lie that much, he should have at least made it entertaining. What a clown.
To travel from Venezuela to ecuador you have to cross through brasil or columbia.. or both.. and its like 600km at the closest point.. i think this guy might be telling a bit of a tall tale
Im a Sicilian -American and I spent 15 years living in Toronto and doing business in Montreal.and on occasion Vancouver. He is right about which groups control different businesses and that they are alive and well in Canada. I was a guest on a podcast a few weeks ago and realized Americans expect to hear names of associates and organizations .Makes sense since so many informants have come forward. Canadians can generally fill in the blanks when it comes to which group runs what. The sentences for various crimes are much lower in Canada and its easier to pay off the authorities. Since there is no statute of limitations getting too specific can have serious consequencess . That being said this was a great interview and I have much respect for the guest. I am also an empath and highly intuitive person. The bonds you create are generally much stronger and networking comes quite naturally
I don't know about respect. He has not really worked a real job. He has taken from people who struggled to put food on there table . So It's hard to find respect.
Fair enough.. Walking away from the life is challenging and I respect him for that.. Personally speaking I've always had a job. I was taught to "Always let people see you working no matter what you have going on on the side." I love to cook so I'd work a few hours during lunch or dinner. A cop told me "avoid anything street level and you'll avoid us"

You did a very nice job on the interview. You did a good job on keeping the interview flowing although he was not at all shy about speaking, you did have to keep him on track. I also appreciate the fact that you didn't really hold his feet to the fire during some of his more obvious, well let's just call them subjective or imaginative literary license statements or comments. You certainly could have called him out on any number of topics but you managed to keep the interview moving and in my interpretation, did not embarrass him and yet still managed to get your audience to recognize the points where you were at the very least not in complete agreement or belief. While having no experience at it, I must believe that this type of interview, with a guest of dubious credibility, would be somewhat more challenging than some of your other work. You kept me listening while I would otherwise most assuredly have turned this gentleman off quite early on.So, great work, and the only reward I can offer at present is that I have subscribed and will certainly share.
Coming from the East Coast I can really relate to what he's saying about the lack of control. In SW Ontario, if crews kill too many people the Calabrians stop selling to them. Nobody out here has that kind of reach. Drugs are too easy to get from too many sources.
I've been living in Latnam for almost 10 years and that is what I constantly have to explain to people: In Canada, corruption only benefits the rich and powerful. In Latnam, corruption benefits the poor and middle class too. I love corruption in Latnam, it helps people avoid being crushed by the system. People here still have tight knit families, members who work for the government, police, army, etc. and that is how familly members can help other familiars to get themselves out of a thight spot. In Canada, the full power of the corrupt law crushes you, but you have to watch the rich and powerful get away with horrible crimes, and your own family doesn't want to have anything to do with you. No help for "conspiracy theorists" like me who have called the shots 90% accurately for the last 25 years...
I know what you mean. Gov corruption is rampant right now, and all the normies can do is attack you for telling the truth. But that never lasts and we all have to face the music.
@@anthonyl4778 While it is true it is very corrupt- I think it's goes a lot deeper, but how I can't quite say or see. Nothing adds up, it only multiplies. What I do see is that constantly whatever is pushed first via the black mirror (TV, phone etc.) then becomes manifest one way or another around us... It's a system (or systems) of control and/or manipulation at possibly only the surface level with who knows where it truly leads or what is done... It seems to me that we are confused by what we consider to be "governments". They are INCORPORATED ENTITIES, and as such, ORGANIZATIONS. That's not to say "rule of law" doesn't exist, but what is it truly? Is it the BS pushed upon us? Is it Natural Law? Is it "God's" Law? Does anybody even f***ing know?! I don't, but would love to know in-depth. What is real, what isn't? What are the consequences of what we work with and yet know nothing of (black mirrors/scrying is real- believe me, or don't- it is of no consequence). You really cannot trust a single thing seen via the black mirror. When I say "a single thing" I mean that generally speaking. There are "good people" and videos of which I am sure are "fine" or of different consequences comparatively to others- but they are not guy's like this- they will never have 1 million+ subscribers though. The most impactful video I have ever watched had 334 viewers and still isn't much higher a year later...
Sadly, I hung on to the very end & what I found is Jimmy had to rescue this dude from total embarassment. This dude was at most pulling off credit card fraud from buying CC info from rhe dark web.
I'm now in Alberta the past decade and love it out here. Moved from Nova Scotia. Nice you have this gentleman on here. It's very quiet in Canada what truly goes on. Yes Winnipeg is a hub as many other areas. Honestly you wouldn't never know what the true backgrounds of many citizens as it's not flaunted.
This guy is not lying, but he is omitting details and not being completely honest, and that is okay. That doesn’t mean it’s all a lie. He’s certainly not the kind of guy to completely fabricate his entire life story.
The emotions are real, the vulnerability is real, there is authenticity. He just isn’t very organized in telling his story, and he displays obvious insecurity in many facets of his life, like many of us do, myself included.

In Canada the goal is to be rich and a ghost. Respect derives from this. The most money can make without anyone knowing. Even gangs don't really shout out like that, well maybe in Toronto.
Facts man. The real players in the field are unknown, you’ve probably been beside them at a red light or behind them in a checkout line at ur local grocery store. Money is the key, violence is rare because it’s only used if necessary money has always been the main focus.
So if you think that this guy is not taking a risk, then you don’t understand about life and you don’t understand about people that break the law they are born into breaking the law. PERIOD.
Great interview i stayed interested the whole time, dude has clearly never done a public interview before which is completely normal for most people so for everyone hating that are just used to watching all these people who have told their story 2-3, 10 times everyone starts somewhere give the guy a break sit back and just enjoy the video and if you dont like it dont watch it!
for real ! It's literally only been a year since everything fell apart and he came back to canada, and only a few months since he decided to tell his story to anyone, let alone publicly. This video is the first time he’s even talked about his criminal career in detail (well, as much detail as he can safely share)
Watching this clown attempt to lie his way out of lies with more lies was very entertaining. What a clown. Johnny definitely knew he was talking out of his ass too. Buddy needs help for real. What a weirdo.
I did my first podcast a few weeks ago. I quickly realized that Americans want all the details and names while many Canadians can easily fill in the blanks. There is no statute of limitations which further complicates giving a compelling interview.
“You got your chain back, you got revenge, that’s all petty” …. Right. Just walk around letting people rob you, and take your belongings. VERY mature Johnny. Great Ted talk

Facts. Anyone in Canada who lives near a reservation knows what’s up. Rez cops are all paid, go there at night driving ur car you can’t be mad if you gotta walk back home type thing cuz nobody coming to help.
You also gotta remember that there is absolutely _no_ statute of limitations on _any_ crime in Canada. If you robbed a bank and waited 16yrs and told the RCMP they'd arrest you like you had just done that crime so it makes talking about things harder because if the RCMP wants to Jack you up they bloody will. I'm also from the Province that he comes from. I came up a few years before he did. I live in a town that's north of the main city and it's a very dark world. We're very respectable and if you want to succeed you don't get flashy and you keep a low profile. It's called a _Continuing Criminal Enterprise_ . I believe that's what it's called.
@@lucidblicky7642 Yeah you're right about that. I just mean if you tell a cop something you did that you didn't get caught for in Canada mind you not the US as I know that in Canada there's no statute of limitations on crimes here but if you've been charged and convicted of the crimes you most definitely can speak freely of them. Absolutely.
Yeah a lot of people, including Canadians, don't understand that because we are often shown many elements of American society so they assume if it's like that in America, it's like that here in Canada; not true. There are many cultural similarities but the differences are clear when understood.
@@OniNoFro I've honestly "busted" guys I've known for a couple years and believed their bullshit stories till they told me that "After 7 years they can't charge you with it." Line. Well one time I was brought in for questioning and I asked a cop straight up Is there a Statute of Limitations on crimes in Canada? The cop told me that no in fact there isn't. Nowadays with cameras even if you aren't _caught_ stealing in the traditional sense from a grocery store if a store employee, manager or owner decided to investigate you - my exes family _all_ stole from the grocery store. Their parents conditioned them to do it and they did it even if we _had_ the money! So my exes Dad would go to Wal-Mart and fill up a shopping cart with 1400$ worth of stuff and sneak over to the McDonald's and then he'd bag up his stuff like he'd already paid and would walk past the greeters and he got away for awhile until they let him keep doing it and watched him on the cameras and didn't charge him for two years. Yeah theft after thinking for 18 months to two years that he got away with it it's crazy how they can jam you up all kinds of ways today with cameras. Her brother lost his mind went J-Cat and robbed a Damn Mac's for PlayStation Network Cards and Cigarettes and some other shit. He was actually suffering from a legit mental illness and he only spent a couple months inside an actual jail. They sent him to the Remand a couple times and then they sent him to a lower tier Pen and the other rest of the idk 7 or 8 months he was gone was all done in a mental ward. He got off lucky with only that little bit of time in that Pen and Remand was enough to scare him and show him he didn't want to be a full time criminal. Poor kid just wanted Fortnite skins and stuff lol.
Everytime this dude gets personal with his story Johnny's like "but what crimes are you doing? For Who? Where? Safety box in Panama? Ok, how do you get the money there? Does anyone help you? Have you ever heard of the American RICO laws? 😅😂
If the company is big enough you could probably change accounting statements to hide the funds without suspicion. But then, there would have to be about a dozen or two people inside the company aware of this asking for a cut.
"Im Canada, we don't speak like that" That's the main difference between us and the US. We're raised in a way where you will never hear the words come out of someone mouth, even if they're part of that world, you'll know them for 20 years and never hear the words. This is big facts.
Being a Canadian I’m glad you are doing interviews about Canada. BUT THIS GUY ISNT THE ONE! I feel he might have done one flex maybe. And he’s just talking shit about everything else. Nothing makes sense
back when i was just a kid we were going see my grandparents in New Waterford cape Breton (this is located in nova scotia) on the way we had to stop at the causeway because the police had stopped what seemed to be at least 500 men on motorcycles all with matching vests. I could not believe how many of these guys there were, my father then explained to me that someone in the hells angels had died and that they were doing a province wide ride from one end to the other in memory of him. its still hard for me to believe just how many there were like a small army. If taking care of the elderly does not start to pay better i might hit them up for job.
Don't join that shit. It's all petty material BS driven by money, a large piece of this very sick culture. Nature is the truth you know deep down inside. Sit back and observe this mess unwind itself as the world turns to chaos, better off alone and informed then in the limelight and blinded.
I live in Winnipeg. This used to be well known but people around here don't care and are easily manipulated. I'll get back to you further into this podcast, but I ensure you, It's probably ALL TRUE!!!
I agree 💯. He's being honest! I did business between Toronto and Montreal and spent time in Vancouver. I know the game quite well. Much of my business was to those in the entertainment and film industry, many of them were from Winnipeg. There's something special about Winnipeg because everyone I met was quite successful, sophisticated and networked. I did an interview with Matt Cox and realised quickly how little American know about how things go down in Canada. It's difficult to really elaborate and skip the names and organizations. In Canada if you're working with or for those running things chances are they found you. They watch how you operate, keep notes and vet you without many having a clue who they're dealing with initially. I got tipped off once that someone was planning to rob me and I mentioned it to my supplier. I found out the next day some bikers working security at a compassion club took him in a back room and gave him a warning. Told him that I sell for them, that means I work for them and it's their merchandise he'd be stealing. Another guy had his legs broken for another incident in Kensington market in Toronto. It's a treacherous world if you're on the wrong side.
I know him personally… it IS all true. I didn’t meet him until after he came back to Winnipeg, but I’ve met many of his old friends who were there with him. There’s tons of undeniable proof. His story is very real and definitely impactful
very good and honest interview that confirme to be that Quebec is running a huge parallèl economy where real opportunities / real city development cannot exist ...time to leave quebec
Correction there is 7 groups in Toronto, the Italian Government stated in a report sent to Canadian government that Toronto Canada 7 family's do more underworld business then any other country next comes country in line USA
In Canada our rico act is called a gangsterism charge , it's a 14 yr sentence. They use it to convict organized crime figures that's similar to the RICO Act. And I don't know why people say murder charges are easy in Canada if you get found a first-degree murder it's a life sentence saying that. Your first opportunity to get out on parole is 25 years of that sentence and that is no guarantee that after 25 years you do get paroled. Another thing is Vito was not like John Gotti at all first of all veto was more powerful then Gotti he was not flamboyant that would be mom Boucher the leader of the Hells Angels he was like John Gotti it seems like your guests lacks a lot of knowledge on how the criminal World Works in Canada I've only listened to half the podcast and a lot of what he said in my view is completely incorrect
If you get found guilty of “first degree murder “ are the key words . You nearly always get a chance take a deal of second degree murder. Saves the government money. Parole after a third of the sentence. So 25 years your out after 9 . And 14 years your out after not even 5 years. Canada’s criminal justice system is a joke.
He might be an informant (He was provided immunity, in exchange for infromation) he wrote a book detailing certain events as well, so seems like the info is public knowledge.
You know... people see organized crime as just crime but I see it differently. I live in a city that had a few small gangs running around and causing trouble and then the Hells Angels moved in... I can tell you right now that on it's face, petty small time crime that is usually done by people with very little actual influence dried up almost overnight. Organized crime really just wants to operate and not cause any trouble that brings attention. My city got a lot safer after the HA moved in, crime will always occur, may as well have someone make sure it never gets out of hand on a regular basis.
where i live, every club has its affiliated *seller* prolly HA . a friend of mine was beaten up by a stupid drunken down seller on a friday night and we wanted to get back at this guy the night after . we got to that bar and it was closed up at 11 pm (what club closes up at 11 pm FR !!!!) and i got to know that the guy ended up in a wheelchair , none of us got involved ....he messed up and surely got dealt up with that issue internally ...kinda proves your point @sly1675
While I would agree with you that they do tend to have that sort of influence on smaller cities, towns, rural areas. However, it's no different than with everything else... There's good and bad. Yes, they solve the immediate issues which are quite costly and annoying at a minimum. While that is bueno, I get the feeling you (like MANY) confuse that sort of order as a good thing (this is the good, and it is- don't get me wrong). However, this is simply comparable to a Walmart moving into an untapped small city with many mom and pop shops, whatever you want to call them, and so on. Many small shops in disorder can cause chaos in the town or in their own "lives" by warring it out with each other price-wise, undercutting and all of this also affecting the innocent customer, so to speak. Now Walmart moves into town... Big ol' Corporate Walmart. All the small shops slowly trickle into the abyss and right out of existence. Walmart has better prices, more selection and so on. Is it better? I would have once argued yes, but now I truly question it. It is a conglomerate, a soulless entity ran by people who may have had souls at one time but seem to generally "sell their soul" while dealing with these entities. The HA is Walmart... that's really all it is, and it's actually an incorporated entity to boot! LOL! I personally knew some bikers once upon a time- decent guy's, and they knew how to have a good time. On the surface, some of the most respectful people I've probably ever met. No nonsense. However, to keep it simple, from my experience if you were to- for whatever reason- be stepping into one of their "businesses", if you will, then expect a Walmart-type experience overall. Also, know that they didn't solve any problems just like doctors for the most part seem not to... They quite literally do 2 things to create order: 1) they put out a memo that Walmart is in town and "all your base are belong to us", and unincorporated small shops fall in line, and 2) The small shop's who don't fall in line are put out of business... Unfortunately for them, unlike with the Walmart metaphor, it could go beyond putting you financially under. So yes, they clean up the petty stuff that it seems none of us, our so-called representatives and their employees such as the police can't seem to even handle... It's not out of the goodness of their hearts, or anything. It's strictly business, and these guy's quite literally HAVE to show their "colors" in many situations which show's you that unlike the small shop's who do not cause disturbances and just conduct their business (which is still not good either, of course) because they don't want the attention, whether for fear of the law, personal preference, security, whatever... But the HA does the opposite. Does that not tell you something?.. If you even read this at all... They at the very least pretend not to care even for THE LAW. I'm sure many don't overall. I'm not saying that it even matters, or makes them good, bad or whatever. I'm simply trying to make the point that I do not believe it is quite what it seems to be on the surface. I personally would prefer the peace from petty gang bs too- but maybe the problem is, is that since we depend and thus rely on specific "lawful" entities to do specific things and they can't seem to keep up... That it is our own making at the end of the day. We're too busy with making money, ourselves overall, our families, what we have, and are doing to truly give a sh*t but even if we did- where do we start? You can try voting lmao... But the language of life seems to have changed from the language of law in such subtle ways, or we are so corrupt as a whole, that there's always loopholes or people opening doors for them... To end my short story- the HA = Walmart and Walmart = the HA, at the end of the day. Just because their business model happens to benefit the people initially by cleaning up undesirables and lining up the rest does not, in the long run, equal a happy ending. It seems we have the issue of splintered entities/groups/gangs vs Incorporated conglomerates and it sounds to me like the history we are told, come to think of it. Clans/Tribes and then the Empires/Kingdoms. THERE MUST BE A MIDDLE GROUND!.. It's the only thing that makes ANY SENSE.
@eyeswideshut1989 while I appreciate the response, I have to be honest by saying that equating small time thugs who rob, attack, spray paint ect their community to small local business is a bit of a stretch. Small gangs sow chaos and disorder while small business just want to sell their wares or services to those willing to pay. The HA bring an order to that chaos. I would go as far to say that Walmart is the disruptor while small business creates the order as they don't typically destroy other business whereas Walmart does. Speaking from my own point of view, I'd much rather support small business than Walmart and the HA over other unorganized criminal entities
@@sly1675 I believe we are in agreement on your points in general, however, you are mistaking my comparison for how it was meant. Granted, I can see it from your point of view and I can see why maybe I err'd in my choosing of such a comparison. But my point goes below the surface here. Small shops can cause headaches even "chaos" by fluctuating prices, lower prices at stores far from people aware of said prices in town, etc etc. When it comes down to it, it's about respect, and maybe loyalty in a subtle way. Respect for others, and loyalty to the whole (the town, and it's inhabitants). Removing the fact that gangs are sometimes or many times run by knuckleheads who contribute to the problem, and forgetting the fact that many of the problems can be a cause of some of the same types of things the HA do, but the gangs are weak, unorganized and lack respect- or at least in the way they perceive or want it. If they were run comparatively in reality to small shops which would be adults generally, of good all around organization then I'm quite sure the small gangs wouldn't be so annoying. BUT, my overall point was if the RESPECT and to a lesser, subtle degree- loyalty, is upheld between all parties while being smaller gangs OR shops, then all can prevail and have a general sense of peace. That's quite literally the difference between the HA and the gangs, lol. The HA is a gang... Well, more like OC but same sh*t different pile. They're not kids, they're professionals brought together under one roof a belief. How do you think Empires were created? What do you think Religion is good for? Just morals, and keeping people in line? Why do you think everything is a mess these days? We are living in a dream, and yet somehow wide awake. We are surrounded by magic and it's benefits and consequences and yet have no clue of it's existence and even mock the term due to said term's etymology and use. Whoever is tying us all up like a neatly wrapped gift was more than likely the same who first pulled the threads to unwind what once was. Now what we see currently is a near completion to some degree of the reverse-engineered aka watered down version of "humanity".

That means he did his job and his did it well. You look at him and because he isn't flashy, because he doesn't present himself like the pop-culture stereotype, you can't see it. That's the point. He literally can't say certain things because if he does, "the Feds" (aka RCMP) will grab him in a heartbeat to get information on the operations and methods of others while simultaneously threatning to send him back to prison on organized crime charges.
I know he’s telling the truth. I grew up like that my father was a full-time criminal spent 15 years in a penitentiary, and I spent my teenage years pack dope in for him and hating him for it because it was my obligation as a son
If it were up to me I’d go back to a time like Viking’s lived. Have clans like mc’s controlling parts of the province and protect their communities and give back to the poor. Much better than living under corrupt cops politicians with endless corruption and power!!
I'm a British Columbian and all I'm gonna say never judge a book by its cover. Even this guy might look like a nobody or talk geeky that doesnt mean shit. There's guys in Canada that are high level gangsters but they don't wear bandanas and covered in tattooes. What he's doing you have to be careful not to say too much. Look at El Chapo - he looks like a regular guy that works a 9-5.
I was locked up with a Korean Canadian guy and he was down for getting caught with 5 bricks in the car. And he sounded more nice than the guy getting interviewed here. Literally reminded me of my HS math teacher 😂
Haha Norris is laughing, Pedro is Laughing, Deli is laughing, Justin M is laughing Sabino is laughing, Joel M is laughing, Egan is laughing. Pardeep is laughing RT is Laughing. I ran the block for 25 and I never seen you ever. Blanchard doesn’t g know you either. The Jewel thief. Mutter fuck this guy
@@ThatCasualZacheither way, a hundred year lease has probably nothing to do with real estate and more so to do with location..see where I’m going there? 🤔
I'm interested in the risks associated with Canadian banks. When I was in St Petersburgh Russia my card was compromised by a senior partner of a large Canadian law firm.... how big the problem is and if it's the Einstein Paradox that's run out of rocks to move between them.
