I've personally learned that pain/suffering is an unavoidable experience in life, regardless of my choices. Over the years I've been learning how to embrace pain and ride it like a wave until it passes. Resisting the pain only seems to make it hurt more and last longer.. imo.

I low key kinda figured this on my own. But I'm the type that assumes it's obvious and figure it is to most people. Teal has taught me so much. Everything she says makes so much sense, and I was able to put together peices of things I knew already to be true. I just knew she was the real deal. And haven't been disappointed yet. Good video, I do also think the universe sets obstacles in our path for expansion of ourselves and our awareness. We all need contrast to help us understand what we really want. Also life feels better when you experience that contrast. For example, home always feels nicer when you've been out all day. A cool day feels nicer when it's been too hot out. And a sunny day feels nicer when it's been raining all week. Point is we need the contrast. Anyway sorry for the rant 😄 have a good one 👍

Great perspective. The more I hear about law of attraction/mirroring the more I believe we have no control over it other than how you deal with it...Choices...yes being aware of ones self improves how you handle experiences...in my opinion. If being more conscious doesn’t stop experiences you don’t want...then life is just an experience...and your soul gains what’s necessary within these experiences to grow its consciousness and the collective consciousness...*shoulder shrug*...really great video. @@YFL.111 There is a documentary made about her which makes her out to be a cultleader, which is one of the things she was most afraid of. Which is a very unfoetunate happening, but people are very easy to judge without a second look and forget that people are people and she's too just a human. It's a very interesting opportunity to study human behaviour :)

It’s so nice to hear someone admit that on this earth plane there are always two sides to everything. Teal has made me aware that we must consider the consequences of our actions when we make a choice. I have trouble making choices and usually sit around waiting for something to come to me rather than choosing, and then I complain about it. Subconsciously, I was afraid to commit to a loving relationship because I was afraid of being abandoned or losing my loved one, so I kept choosing people who were not the type to stick around. When I finally found the right person, I was still scared, but I did make a commitment, but I had a deep- seated belief that it would end in tragedy. It did. But I see now that I would’ve chosen it anyway, so why focus on the tragedy? I’m just glad I was here for my husband when he needed me. This is a very deep subject and I intend to ponder it for a long time. Thank you again, Teal! You have helped me so much. 💕😊

I really hope people ignore the "documentary", and the "media", and perhaps even ignore who you are if they have to, and just listen and take into account what you have to say. When you speak to reality the way you do, I think the truth is bigger than any one of us. My relationship with mishaps and negative events has definitely changed and improved over the years, thanks to the realization that the law of attraction is not about magically getting everything you wish for

I haven't seen the documentary but I have noticed people hating on teal over the last decade, and it seemed to me at least that she has something in her vibration causing it. I was thinking I had the same thing going on because it seems like people like me a lot and want my attention but when I don't hand myself over to them they become haters. I was thinking people get upset when you love yourself and are doing better than they are, you know? Lol thats what I think anyway...

This is how I feel about the decision I made at a very young age - to leave home and venture out into the unknown world and be a bit of a wanderer in order to gain (ultimately) a greater perspective about life myself and earth etc… part of the contrast of that has been being out of place, out of step, increased level of observation rather than participation … which lead to a raging jealousy of persons who spend their entire life in one community. 😂 I still wonder, will I ever return home? Or have I achieved the ability to just be …. At home wherever I am … in my self(?)

We project our past experiences that have formed our perception of reality into the present moment with the expectation that will become our future as well. Therefore we constantly disconnect ourselves from WHAT IS. Reacting (same actions over and over) instead of responding.

@@Germanic-Wellness well, it’s complicated, but in my life I’ve been stuck in repeating patterns, especially in romantic relationships. For most of my life I was attracted to emotionally unavailable men because that’s what my father was. Of course I didn’t realize it at the time. Finally, when I was 43, I met and married the most amazing man I have ever met. Unfortunately, because of some terrible things that happened to me in my adolescence (I won’t go into detail, but if I use the word Uncle, you can probably guess what was involved) I developed as deep-seated fear of intimacy, which I didn’t even know I had, so I spent most of our marriage lying in bed thinking I was too sick to get up. I was up for several years, but mostly I was in bed and my sweet and uncomplaining husband had to take care of me. He developed sudden onset Lewy body dementia in 2017 (From being exposed to agent orange in the Vietnam war into which he was drafted; he didn’t want to go) and had to be placed in a facility because I hadn’t been out of bed in nine years and weighed 73 pounds, and it took me seven months to get strong enough to move to another facility close to him so I could see him more often, and then another 10 months to gain 10 pounds and get strong enough to bring him home with 24/7 caregiver help. Lewy body dementia is a Parkinson’s disease, and it’s a combination of Alzheimer’s, paranoid schizophrenia, and Parkinson’s, so there are many facets and none of them is good. My husband would have hallucinations and delusions and would lash out and hit us without any warning. Thank God he never injured anyone seriously. Then there were the physical aspects of the disease, which were also terrible. A careless caregiver brought in Covid last September, knowing she had it, but not telling me, and my husband caught it and although he survived it, it exacerbated his Parkinson’s and he was unable to swallow after that and he starved to death. It was a blessing in a way, but I still blame the woman for being so uncaring because she knew she was sick. She could’ve killed me and then what would’ve happened to my husband? No facility would take him because he was so violent. The first one that took him was owned by his sister’s in-laws, so they made an exception, but they sold it a month after I brought him home. I’m glad he’s released from his terrible disease because he always told me that if he ever developed any kind of dementia he would take his own life and I knew he was serious. Anyway, I can look back at my past now and see how I have repeated similar patterns in my life over and over without even realizing it. It’s funny because I’ve always thought of myself as an intelligent, introspective person and it turns out I didn’t know myself at all. We’re always the last to know! Would you care to share any of your experience? It sounds like you’ve been there, too.

P.S. lying in bed doing absolutely nothing was pretty much an extreme way to disconnect myself from WHAT IS. it’s pretty much saying no, I’m too scared to experience life. I’ll never get those years back.

Thought provoking video Teal. I’ll admit that I have a better understanding of the “Law of Attraction” than I did before but also have to admit that while I thought I didn’t understand it before now I know that I will never fully understand it. A poetic justice that I’m only beginning to appreciate. I prayed half a decade ago to God saying I surrender to His will. Even now I will say that on occasion only to realize that I still don’t know what that means or what surrender truly means. For example. I used to think that it might mean I would get what I wanted if I gave Him what He wanted…now I’m starting to think that I’m saying I’m ok with being used by Him for his purposes, like I’m willing to give up my free will to channel His will. But I already know that isn’t the case either; not entirely. Surrender is everything, much more than I will ever know in this lifetime. I do surrender, but I surrender to the fact that I am in complete control and surrender to the fact that I have no control at all. I surrender to our Father in Heaven but I surrender to the fact that he isn’t doing it to serve his purposes, but rather my own. I surrender to the fact that everything I just said is complete truth, completely false, and everything in between because context and contrast create and destroy every idea we create and destroy in our perceived reality and the reality perceived. What I’m trying to say is that Pandora’s box is one of chaos: scary, destructive, poetic, creative, beautiful and ugly, where hope is the only constant contrast that reflects the truth that is also the lie. Thanks Teal, I do understand…but I only understand that I still know nothing and that I’m still right where I started when I began this journey of enlightenment and expansion all those years ago. And I’m so glad that I finally know where I am on this roadmap to and from life. I am here! I am right here! Alone, but not alone. Because I know you see me, for how else could you so clearly point out to me where I’m at and where I belong. It’s like the concept of dimensions…I can’t see you and you can’t see me, but two years ago you made this video so that I might appreciate that you were standing right by my side here and now back then. I imagine our Father in heaven works the same way. I’m finally ready to stick my hands in my armpits and quote a monologue from the movie “Superstar” where I say nothing but rather take my fingers away from my armpits and take a big whiff of whatever the universe has to offer. While secretly wondering if I’ll ever know what my buggers smell like, or if it could ever be that easy.

@Idekatp Abraham is great for understanding the law of attraction but keep in mind they (they're a plural of entities channeled through Esther Hicks) encourage you to bypass shadow work. They used to not do this, they used to say you need to sort shadow work out first in their earlier teachings but then they started saying that the shadow doesn't matter at all and to just bypass and "create your own reality/ live in denial/ Pollyanna everything you don't like away". Their book "ask and it is given" is great

I can always see the lesson in the trauma though now at least. . The traumas in the end, make me more compassionate for others who have also gone through it and the darkness doesn't break me, but makes me stronger and more loving for others going through what I am and didn't previously know was a Thing even. When in compassion I can see through the pain and even thought it hurts.. see why it happened in a sense. 💙

I recently came to a fork in my mental road. I take a left and life goes on smoothly with no bumps. I go right and I find myself battling demons.I saw this play out in my mind before making the choice. I chose to go right. Instantly I was faced with monsters, demons, police, loss of a friend and a battle for my mind. However, I have learned so much from this nasty experience, from the battle both inside and outside that given the choice again, I would still go right.

While this is quite correct, I went nine years with literally not one unpleasant or unwanted experience whatsoever. Regardless of the age at which I experienced that span, if it can be had once, it can be had again. (Ok, some people did attempt to steal my cat, but we got her back. That was it though)

That's lovely!!!! I went about 6 months in a state of bliss once. I experienced contrast but literally none of it bothered me and it was so minor. I feel like those times steeled me for 2020, for this era. It was like rainfall before a draught.

I appreciate that you called out that there are two camps. This is why i feel the law of attraction in either or the other gets confusing when you in touch with how the earth works. Lots of great points about The Laws of Mirroring/ Laws of Attraction, including that Contrast is part of the Ying-Yang in life, and that there are many variables, including subconscious and pre-conscious, that impact what we attract, which can also bring us to match polarities of either end of the Contrast-continuums to what we find ourselves a match to, whether a seeming repeated pattern or whether it is a one-off we experience. I appreciate the concerns she shares around different interpretations, misunderstandings, and "camps." When one shames/ blames another going through adversities for choosing to be a vibrational match to attract the negative/ tougher Contrasts, it disregards the 8th Law of Attraction/ Abundance etc and Hermetic teachings, which has been often left out our downplayed, such as with The Secret. Yet the 8th is the "seed" and core principle of the others: that Contrast... adversity... lower vibrations... call us to unite to uplift the vibrations of others. Shaming/ blaming oneself or another for attracting the tougher Contrasts that feel like things one does not want, is not helpful or uplifting of anyone's vibrational Karmic Energies, and it is isolating not unifying for better-together, so such choices go against this core seed principal all else. Yes, only the individual can guauge and guide one's own Inner Alignments, awarenesses, and growth. Just, shame/ blame (which our societies seem to be trending intensely for many generations) does not serve nor create empowered healthy ownership very often, and if anything, more often toxifies, drains, and deflates the energies, focii, and momentum vital to vibe to what one wants/ values for better well-being. I really believe we are better together as a species. I think it serves us all better, to view our own and each others' choices and Mirroring with Compassion, or at least the Empathy, and knowing but for the Grace of God go I... Contrast comes to us all. While the Karmic contracted ownership and journeys ARE INDIVIDUAL, as is the capacity, awareness, and Free-will exercised to increase one's own abilities to guide one's own ways, we DO Thrive better when we have sharing of practising uplifting connections in Mirroring interactions. We are Divinely well-designed to be able to Free Will choose to be mirrors to each other, and uplift each other. It IS a Co-Creative process, for which we are designed in The Creator's image/ imagining/ conceptualizing. We are NOT designed to be mirrors to our own selves, to get a full and undistorted perspective. That is impossible.

Until she quit her job and decoded to live in her truck and decoded to attract money with her mind. Great share! thank you Teal. Firstly manifestation is NOT The Law of Attraction but you can work with this law of nature for manifestation. Secondly you're not an island..we are a collective and the law of attraction applies to the collective as well as the individual. For proper manifestation this must be taken into consideration...and thirdly judgment and comparison to others will kill your manifestation as fast as anything. Like Teal said there is the law of contrasts, there are unseen variables, we are 95% subconscious..we may even be manifesting based on our past lives, our ancestry, our cultural pain etc. etc. but at the end of the day The Law of Mirroring is our greatest teacher and learning how to consciously manifest teaches you how the universe works and what your place in the universe is and is perhaps the greatest spiritual lesson you will ever learn as a spirit having a human experience.

The last point about choice and consequences seems just a commonsense or daily logic that everyone knows (maybe except those woo-woo law-of-attraction people) without needing anything like "law of mirroring" or "law of attraction" in the first place.

So true...I remember going through this realization on my journey....that you cannot just raise your vibe/consciousness enough to where you avoid suffering, pain, and any challenges or contrast in life haha....Instead you just realize the value and lesson of the pain more quickly, apply those lessons, then find a new action path. You end up resisting the pain less, embrace it for what it is, then move on quicker or at whatever pace you feel you need.

The perspective of one’s inner desires becomes the most prominent element which causes the mindset to become creative in dealing with the contrast… and overcoming what ever obstacle may seem to be a hindrance… or finding a way to maneuver around the obstacles which are hidden behind the contrast.

Thanks for shining light on this!! I've known about the law of attraction from when the book and movie The Secret came out and realize that it was a generic description of how LOA actually works. It wasn't until I started reprogramming my subconscious mind that I started seeing real change in my reality. Immense healing needed to take place. Our thoughts (conscious; subconscious), beliefs (conscious; subconscious), words, feelings, and actions are constantly radiating out of us hence, projecting back to us. LOA should be coupled with the Law of Cause and Effect if one wants to see conscious changes in their life.
