These kids need to be taught that cats are not toys. That mother was trying to get away from those kids. What is wrong with people. Chasing a cat because they think it's fun. The parents are despicable.

The poor ginger cat that ran from those children looked like she had a gash on her head probably from them torturing her. She also was trying to protect her kitten at the same time 😢 Children should be taught to help and love animals. Parents show your children good examples on how to be kind to all creatures of God.
