I have shaved my beard a few time and i felt horrible after every time. Even when I kept a goatee. I feel like me when I have a beard. Its been 2 months since and Its grown back nicely. I just had to trim my one side bc it grows faster than the other side so i wanted it to look even. I need to stop biting my moustache hair too.
He has it ingrained in his head that men need to have a beard all the time, short or long. He doesn’t understand that having a beard is ok but being clean shaved is also ok. There are many health benefits to being clean shaved. Don’t let Paul convince you to not shave if you enjoy shaving and the clean feel afterwards.
There is nothing good about destroying a beard. I am not trying to convince anyone to do anything. Smart me don't follow society, they follow their heart.
I destroyed my beard, I’m very unhappy right now, horrible feeling a few days when I destroyed it. I just want men out there to know out there don’t do it, let it grow. I’m in the process of healing. I am going to let it grow
