It's in paradise valley bro. You're paying for the lot too. 5 acres in paradise valley alone maybe as much as 4 million depending on how close it is to the mountains.

Bad taste, for sure, yet Americans do not have a monopoly on bad taste. Jim Belushi built a gorgeous, tasteful home worth more than this one (vid on youtube). Tasteful/tasteless are reflections of individual aesthetic preferences and values, so are not limited to one country or nationality.
