7:55 What he's speaking in is Latin, it's a huge thing in 40k. In this universe they basically revived the language and only the rich, noble, knowledgeable and the church speak it. Though in 40k they refer to Latin as "High gothic" instead as the actual name seems to have been lost. Normal english is called "Low Gothic" and is what the majority of the Imperium speaks, the actual name seemingly also having been lost. What he said was "Ave Imperator sancte". Which translates to "Hail the holy Emperor". Your US marines have a similar call with their whole Semper Fidelis thing so it's quite cool. Expect to hear alot of Latin/High Gothic in 40k like Adeptus Astartes instead of the Low Gothic of Space Marines and Adepta Sororitas instead of Sisters of Battle. They're the same thing.

A very interesting story - very well written and produced

I always enjoy fan brew chapters and Chaos often only receives new chapters from new fallen loyalist, but having them and can add a lot more depth and color to the universe. Crimson heralds is a great name for a word bearer successor. And the idea of a word bearer who worships the emperor, even in a messed up way, is a lot of fun. GW had such a talented poll of youtubers they should be employing!

Don't know if anyone said this already but the empire speaks 2 languages, low and high gothic. Low gothic = English High gothic = Latin(ish?)

Although the eternal army thing is probably just be propaganda, probably ol emp just ate his soul to become a stronger god, death to the arch hypocrite hail chaos 👹
