I think if he was diagnosed early and never had 7yrs of suffering, he would've become mainstream with Sony. I'm glad he didn't coz his musical art has become unbelievably great because of it. The fact he remains independent is a tribute to him and his own talent. He's a once in a lifetime musician in my opinion. He would shred any genre u could throw at him ❤

Rens illness i believe was a blessing. the songs and poetry are a result of his experience. Sony letting him out of the contract also a gift to ren and to us. he's exactly where he is supposed to be imo.😉 I'm just so glad he's feeling better physical and mentally because he is about to blow up the scene!! great reaction! i love the tracks of his that you can literally hear him smiling!!! so much fun. thx mate

He's such a good example of "doing what you love", and it's fantastic that some of that has rubbed off on you too and that you're getting to do something that brings you joy and builds a strong, supportive community. There's plenty of Ren stuff to come! Earlier this year he collaborated with a UK dnb artist called Venbee, to remix her track Gutter. If you want another completely different side of him then that's a fun one. She's another artist who had a really rough time and explores it in her music but with a really 'banging' beat. The Ren remix doesn't have an official MV but her original does.

That was such a great trilogy. It always makes me want to dance, smile and give Ren a great big hug for his artistic approach to music! Ren is also an outstanding human being for always communicating with his fans, for his strength and courage throughout his illness and how he keeps sharing all of his health ups and downs ! I thought that, too... Trick the Fox, for example. This "unreleased album" was on Bandcamp. I'm not really sure if it is free for reactions. Because it is not his main channel. But there is soooo much to find. Ren is also a pool of knowledge for great other artists. In the last stream, we heard Noga Erez together. She is from Isreal and a force of nature like Ren and Chinchilla. In the next 2 months we will get 5 songs and the rest of the album (18 tracks).There is a lot to listen 😊😊😊

Good choice to do 1,2,3 , that’s how all reactions should be done when there are different parts . Ren has also become my favourite artist, I’m 58 yr old metal head and started out with what I call the big 4 , Led Zeppelin , Black Sabbath, Iron Maiden, Motorhead and few others thrown into the mix , Ren is real as it gets , he’s a Superstar. If you think Ren seems like a likable person from what you've heard of his music you should really check out some of the interviews or recorded Twitch streams he's done. I am as much of a fan of him as a human being as I am of his music because he unfailingly comes across as a kind, generous, humble, funny, thoughtful person. I happened to first discover Ren a few days before "Illest of Our Time" came out and watched the premiere and the Twitch stream he did afterward, and this clip from the stream where he was heartwarmingly overwhelmed by finding so many reactions to "Illest" posted within an hour of the premiere and expressing his appreciation for reactors is where my admiration for him went up by an order of magnitude. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-FKU9DbaIYos.html

Awesome reaction video :) Ren is versatile. I'm about a decade older than he and I sort of see the influence from many artists in Ren. He is unique, it's undeniable but it is also fun to hear bits of something familiar here and there. For the sort of newer artists, apart from the legendary ones that Ren already mentioned, and if you are interested, of course, you might want to check out Dizzy Rascal, Tinie Tempah, or Rizzle Kicks. Great reaction, glad you enjoyed these 3 cheery gems! I watch hundreds of reactions, you're one of only 3 reactors that I subscribe to. I watch reactions to old classic songs that "kids" these days don't know, and very few new artists because I like very few new artists. There haven't been many (any) new artists that have the authenticity and freshness that Ren has. Mostly I hear them as variations of the same old song. So. I hope when we emerge from this Ren dive you react to a good variety.
