Probably would be a draw, as neither have been damaged enough to be dangerous

Reason: faster stronger and more durable

Hoovydundy has more powers

Hoovydundy is slightly more intelligent than rabid heavy

Both hoovydundy and rabid heavy don't seem to be effected much by melee weapons however rabid heavy seems more durable as you see an axe used on the rabid heavy just broke while if the same thing happened to hoovydundy he would survive it but the weapon would go into his flesh

Hoovydundy *cannot die* unless you pull out all of the knives. Sure Rabid heavy is absolutely more durable (and stronger, from what I've seen) overall than Hoovydundy, but unless all of the knives are pulled out, Hoovydundy will kill Rabid heavy through sheer attrition. If Rabid Heavy Taming Engineer were with Rabid heavy, then perhaps he could figure out that, while pulling out the knives would make Hoovydundy more violent, removing the knives would kill Hoovydundy. In theory, Rabid Heavy could keep Hoovydundy distracted while Engineer pulls out the knives. If it were just Rabid Heavy, perhaps throughout his time of trying to kill Hoovydundy he will punch out/*rip* out the knives, but other than that, Hoovydundy wins due to stubborn immortality.
