Friend, I must tell you the truth that you may not like. Jamaica is not part of CONMEBOL, it is an invited team. That means their rights do not exist because the Copa America is from South America. So you can get angry, but that's how it works. You invite CONMEBOL to your tournament (which is basically worse) and see how to fight and so on in a fairer way.
