Beyond ECONOMICAL repair BER means. Doent mean no chance of repair.
This is the monster of repairs! This board has been eaten by a battery and then left in a shed or a garage with water ingress, I had RUST and corrosion to deal with! Its taken a lot of time to even get near this stage. A lot of traces had to be stripped back with a dremel fitted with fine polishing bit, A lot of components had to be replaced. Its actually got a lot less broken traces, so far, than I expected it would have. Theres lots still to do, I think, at best estimate, theres a couple of days work in it left, and Its gonna have to wait till my next days off as I am back at work now!!
