A Meditation on Hard Times 

Lorna guides us through a meditation to help us deal with any of the hard times we are experiencing and with the help of our Guardian Angels.
"I want you to talk to your Guardian Angel about all the hard times you're having. So if you're sitting down somewhere or you're lying down, or maybe you're out walking, you can close your eyes and you can meditate, become aware of your Guardian Angel. You realise you are sitting in the arms of your Guard Angel in the most beautiful place you can imagine. It's just you and your Guardian Angel. You're sitting there feeling safe, feeling comfortable and less afraid because you're going through a very hard time in your life and your Guardian Angel is holding onto you, loving you and taking care of you, Lorna"
