A Meditation To Help You Cope With Grief 

Lorna guides us in a meditation that helps us to cope with grief.
"We all go through grief at some time in our lives and on occasions it really tears us apart. So wherever you are now, I'd like you to get yourself nice and comfortable. You're sitting somewhere, or maybe you're lying in the sun, maybe you're in your bed, maybe you're out walking in the forest or along a beach and you're listening to this meditation. I want you just to take a deep breath, and as you let it out slowly, just relax your body completely. You're walking with your Guardian Angel hand in hand, your Guardian Angel stops and turns around and looks down at you and then picks you up and puts you sitting on a big stone. Your guardian angel starts to wipe away your tears and tells you there is no need to be crying. It's going to be okay. Lorna"
