I've always hated BRs because i was never good at them and I could never handle the sweatiness and stress involved in them. But I tried this game out and it has been so much fun the entire time. Even in the first 20 matches where i had no idea how to play i was having enough fun to keep going despite the losses. The absolute absurdity of this game offers so much instant gratification, hope you stick with this game, would love to see you play it more!

Absolutely ADORED seeing this live, really disappointed me when NL said he probably wasn’t going to play more.. but I hope if he does he tags along with someone since duo commentary is always pogged up and BRs are way more enjoyable with others. Also looking forward to finding out how he got stuck in another Guy, since I went to the bathroom when it happened live and returned to see him flopping about like a fish.

I wish NL played with someone who could teach him. There were loads of chicken shops he passed while he played, he didn't know that blocking charges stamina, he didn't know that superstar mode supercharges stamina and regens health. I want him to thrive. Love this game.

This game is super fun, the most important mechanic is the i frames(invisibility frames) when dodging, once u master the dodging and i frames, you can bait the other players while in the block animation.

I love NL, but watching him play a rock, paper, scissors game and only ever throw out rock really sucks. Blocking beats striking, grabbing beats blocking, and striking beats grabbing. You can also dodge roll to get a good number of s. Coupled with the fact he never seemed to notice you need to punish enemy whiffs and bait out dodges I can understand why he'll drop the game. For anyone watching this and thinking it looks bad, it's free so at least play through the tutorial (Playground mode) and learn the absolute basics before making an opinion. Thanks!
