Jammu to Srinagar:

After spending the night at the station, we woke up in the morning and started our journey to the much desired destination of Srinagar. This time we are traveling with Shubhjit and Agnimukh. They will go to Banihal. There they will make train vlogs. Shubojit said that one can also go to Srinagar by train from Banihal, that journey is much more exciting. However, we were lucky enough to have this wonderful journey while returning from Srinagar. We 6 people left for Srinagar in a share car at 8:00 am. We were accompanied by a Kashmiri boy. His name is Azim, our driver's son. Banihal is 160 km from Jammu and another 110 km from Srinagar. The city of Jammu on the banks of the Tawi River is relatively low. The car slowly climbs the steep hilly road upwards. All the beautiful hilly regions of Jammu and Kashmir became visible. The roads were cut through the mountains. Rows of mountains on the side, Jhelam river peeking out from time to time below. Sometimes the flowing green water of Jhelum, sometimes the houses arranged on the slopes of the mountains or passing through the tunnels going through the chest of the mountains were all fascinating. This was just the beginning, the nature of Kashmir has delighted our eyes and hearts with one wonder after another. After going some distance, the ice mountain came into view. Ice mountain for the first time in life!! An elusive dream was within reach. Several tunnels lay on the way, the largest of which was about 11 km long.
The rest of the way from Banihal the snow became more evident. The road was covered with snow like cotton, and the snow-capped mountains seemed closer.
We reached Srinagar in the afternoon.
