I hope you're still movingly on with your exercises, I suffer from muscles weekness, I keep falling aii the times, visited several doctors and no diagnosis, I think I will follow your advice, eating healthy and exercises, thanks for sharing
I know this is 4 months ago but I have been through the same ordeal and have been to many doctors, X-rays, MRI test, blood work and not a single person told me what’s wrong. How long have you had you’re symptoms? And are you doing anything as of today?
