Once in the US, I got asked "So how did you get here?" I told the guy I sold my pet lion Fufu to buy a boat and rowed it all the way to Florida, and he didn't even question it!!!! TF is wrong with some of these people
hehehehe, "Don't ask me to meet you in South Africa". Someone once said to my sister and I how good our english was, then he asked how long we had been speaking english, the wakandan in me really wanted to say since those ships docked at Mombasa
Omg the struggle is real.......someone even asked me that "I heard that the kenyan men don't have teeth" I was like I'm kenyan here do you see me with no teeth
I can give you all the stupid questions these people ask.....kwanza they need to understand that in kenya we don't live with all the animals roaming around the street... aty unaamka asubuhi you find a giraffe on your window
Oh my gosh when they film movies with a guy from "Kenya" who has a legit Nigerian accent!! Like bruh we dont talk like that, that dude isn't Kenyan, do your research!
Natalie Chege like in sense 8 the dude was a Nigerian and they made the kenyan actors use curse words in each and every of their sentence c'mon we don't even do that
This video is amazing... I totally relate I live in Australia and one night my friends and I went to an emo event and we were the only africans there actually everyone else was white....by the end of the night five white people had come up to ask how comes people of our culture🙄 love “Their” music?? Ati it’s so fascinating...they never thought we know such music...I was like bruuuhh😒😒😒
Lmaooooo this is the most hilarious video on the internet.. I laughed all through oh and by the way I have watched it for the third time. I am Nigerian. I love Africans. I have a lot of Kenyan friends they are the sweetest souls.. I was screaming HOW along side you 😂😂
Waaambie....and we aint all dying of hunger😒, Africa is beautiful af❤❤ .....They do need to go to the map meeehn...or even google shit😂😂 I have been worked up about this for too long😂😂😂😂
One time we had this guest from USA. so she comes with some gifts and she starts saying how she told people she was coming to Kenya then Someone gave her some stuff to give to her friend in Ghana... Like WTF!!! ghana is in the west how was she supposed to give the gifts? Haiii man!! The ignorance!!!
Hayae.... people have multiplied... Today I'll behave, kuna wageni.... Congratulations are in order Miss Wahura... Keep spreading the joy... Happy more people are getting to appreciate your talent... Na huyo mtu wa dislike moja ebu aambiwe wrong channel... Tabia mbaya mbaya hatupendi huku.
Big up Wabosha... I've watched a couple of her videos lakini my face and make up would get me casted me in a naija movie speaking to ancestors... Well what can I say, you have a strong gang and I'm honored to be among them and it's all because we appreciate you and what you do... Cheers to more milestones ahead.
What about the AFRICAN accent in basically all movies with african characters. WTH! Also being true to my petty self, the next time a jungu from a Europen country tells me that they know someone from Ghana when I CLEARLY said I'm from Kenya, I'll be like 'Oh I have a friend from Austria". How you like them apples!
Ikrrrrrr!!!!Like I was watching the good doctor and there is this episode where they featured a teenage girl whose native country was allegedly "Kenya", I say allegedly because wth, that is not how we bloody speak😒and then ati this girls native name is Masha, alaa, hiyo ni tribe gani Kenya hii sijaskia yenye waschana wao wanaitwa Masha, and of course we were featured for encouraging FGM,sigh, fine do whatever the hell you want ,yeah probably that might help reduce the FGM problem in the country, but if you are gonna call us out for something bad we do( and decide to forget all the nice things we also have) the least you could do is bloody get the facts right!!!!!😤
Things I've heard. -Is Kenya the capital of Africa? As well as thinking we have one president -can I have some Kenyan money? -oh..I know people from Nigeria are you *NEIGHBORS* ? and yes they always think we are all from Nigeria -oh...you speak English? -being greeted Jambo...there's just something about it that pisses me off -thinking we aren't developed yo Like I cannot even
hahaha... I so relate to this. people always tell me how the visited ghana and other countries after they find out am Kenyan. its so weird coz I never knw wat to say next lol
This is gold! 👏 New subbie on deck! On that story for accents, do you feel like Black Panther propagated the stereotypical African accent, like the same one that we've been hearing in movies since forever? (Please nisichapwe na the die hard fans, hizz just ha qwezschon)
THE WORST!!! Someone: *plays a throwback song* Me: *sings along* *knows every lyric* Someone: OMG! YOU KNOW THIS SONG? HOW? YOU LISTEN TO THIS IN AFRICA? Like....As in?
From Wabosha's fan. This is the first video I'm watching and I love it! Truth be said this happens... I'm in Las Vegas..and I get such comments all time!... Thank you 💝
I can totally relate...where whites assume that all blacks are from Nigeria. They always get shocked when I mention Kenya. One also asked me if I have a small lion pet called Simba. I told him yes and mentioned that I would bring it over after my summer holiday. Others think that we walk with lions on the streets. I told her that if we did, I wouldn't be here. I would have been eaten kitambo.
Giirrrrll yeeeeesss!!! Aki kwanza iyo part ya Nigeria.. They always think I'm from fucking Nigeria!!!😡😡😡 I wish I knew you and subscribed to your channel like 50years ago.. You make me so fucking happy!!!
New subbie and a don't know why i hadn't discovered you coz giiiiiiirl niko hapa nikiwatch series episode after episode....keeping doing you good stuff
Am always asked if am from Africa😂 honestly I start laughing first to make then feel stupid.Obvi av to explain to them afterwards. Sometimes they ask me how I got to au.😂I tell them an egal dropped me here.😂😂smfh
So im kenyan but we live in the UK, for about 6 years we lived as expatriates in Tanzania, and when we relocated back to the UK people would ask me if there was internet or even water in TZ....? other silly questions were "oh do people speak english over there/how comes your english is so good?" its the stupidity for me.
Once I came across this woman from my neighbourhood. Upon learning that I study in JKUAT she asks "Oh my nephew just got in there? Do you know him?" Same premise.
I've had it with these pple too🙄 they still think Africa is a bush and we keep lions as pets( dope🙌) but hey i just walk off. Can't be bothered fidling with ignorant, misinformed minds. Its shockin how much more educated we are than they are. #trueStory
When I was in america, someone once asked me "HOW DID YOU COME ALL THE WAY" as in I almost fainted. Nigga HOW ELSE? I can't have spread my wings and flown there 🤦🏾♀️
