Gaon youth need to wake up and educate them self about all the illegal things happening around them. most of our youth are kept occupied with games, festival celebrations and given sponsors to carry out events etc.
Surprising that the body approving farmhouse plan didn’t bother to check these laws. Aren’t they supposed to safeguard the ‘commons’ for other citizens?

Everyone from outside states wants to grab land in Goa. Goa is almost finished. Outsiders will dominate the Goans in near future and our future generation will suffer the most. Swapnesh, yes, we have to plead with all those coming to Goa to consider the future of the Goans in Goa and not just come here and destroy our land and future. Goa is a very small stretch of land and will not be able to sustain such developments. Club Mahindra has build one of their resorts right in the heart of forest land in Assonora. How many trees etc were cut to facilitate this?? Goa we cry!!
First of all who has sell this plot to him, should be taken to be granted, blaming him could not solve this problem, we goan sell our land to outsiders for getting more money and after words cries.

Good that you have limelight and very well explained, these pro stars have pored out money which is nothing and I don't belive this star is concerned about any destruction, it's the Goa govt officials who have received huge amount of money and they have passed this plan without doing a proper inspection, this act of acquiring Land should be stopped. Would we Goans be granted permission to construct a farmhouse in such a large area in any other State ? How can it be called a Farm house, it is so large. Goa has become a free for all the rich, corrupt and dishonest people from other parts of India.

It is all basically to put their investments that too in a place like Goa. I retired as a senior Govt servant from Central services in Goa but could not even purchase a 250 SQ MTR plot here due to such high prices escalated by these giant money rich people only for their fun. Goans should rise against them
Frist only goa is facing major water problem, and this people are further allowing outsiders to cut down more trees, this will add to the already existing climate change problem, cutting trees is the last thing that we can do there is no benifits only disadvantages for example soil erosion, loss of indigenous plants and habits (vegetation, insects, birds, animals) ground water depletion.

@@briohonda7156 Don't ask me why!!! There are even cases were some people have made illegal encroachment in other land owners property to sell "others land" to outsiders for money. This is because human by nature itself is egoistic, were human loses their intention to gratify his Neverending Ego. Goa is not a big state, so there has to be land protection law to protect state like Goa.
Goa is already finished. Whichever faith they come from tge privileged of being a goan with a state is already finished. It's only picture left. All outsiders have long back taken the advantage if this small state. Tge blame is all to goans of different faith staying within. Power n authority was given to Wrong people. Only God can save this state. Please don't sell property n votes to cunning n greedy people for the sake of greed of money..
