KarelKCZ Because they want to try something new? They're working tirelessly to make FREE videos for us so I think they should be allowed to do whatever they want. It must be boring animating the same series all the time so they switch it up and try new things
Because Mojang hired them to do this for the opening and closing ceremonies at Minecon. That's why it's a miniseries. Only 2 episodes. Egg's Guide is still happening, but they've had to re-write because of Scott's passing, and making it takes a lot of time. So between, they do shorts, and take contract work to pay for the new office and keep the lights on.
This series was great! I know Tim and Ella probably won’t return, since this was only for Minecon 2016, but this series was still definitely worth watching.
It's been so long since something was uploaded to this channel I forgot I was even subscribed to it, and when they finally do upload something it's in a widescreen aspect ratio, black bars how I loath them.
For everyone complaining about the widescreen: It was used in Minecon 2016, and the screens were super wide. Look up a video of it if you really want to.
This was really nice, I hope we get to see more of Tim and Ella. Maybe even crossover between the next Eggs Guide to Minecraft and this mini series, that would be awesome. Even if it doesn't I'm still glad for this, Thank you, you wonderful people at Element Animation! =)
I hate how nobody in the comment section realizes that this is ONLY for the Minecon 2016 opening and closing ceremony, and that Egg's Guide IS still a thing.
It's not dead... it's just sleeping. No really, just a nap, it'll wake up soon. Seriously, they really are still working on it. Animation takes a long time. Longer if it's good animation.
I really like this and I love how Ella is the true minecraft player. I don't offten see the female players in MC animation if all and most of time they ethier are in those non speaking animations or have one or have one,two lines enless there like a love interest to the main guy MC player in an animated series. Oh! And Btw MC music videos don't count.
I wish villagers could actually talk in minecraft and welcome you to the neighbourhood when you build a house xD element animation should make a mod where villagers do that
